Should i get the Galaxy A71 or S9 plus in 2020? And which has a better selfie and rear camera quality? I don't care about ultra wide angle or macro cameras I just need the one with the better quality overall.

A problem
app's installing speed in my a71 is slow.why?my old device ,Huawei Mate 10 lite, with kirin 659 chipset is faster than a71 with SD 730 in app's installing speed.
*i install app's from google play store only!*

Don't compare two phone with 50% price difference, how about comparing Nokia 100 with iPhone 11 pro max ?

A71 because my work need a good email apps & previous good experience with Samsung phone.
6 pro is good if you want a 90hz refresh rate screen but you have to compromise with a LCD screen rather than Samsung Super Amoled, other aspect Realme actually quite good, most of all you pay less for it compared to Samsung.

I can't really say the point the accessories where removed whether it was from them or the courier company. I have made a complaint and hope to hear from them though.

I watched s... moreOrdering a phone online always has it's risk, but I think the phone you bought is not a official unit from your company official distributor, therefore some accessories are missing, seen this in my country, cheaper price but getting less item.
There are also possibilities that someone took those item out of you courier seal been broken.
Anyway best way is make a complain to the seller & the online portal customer service.
Haha.. I am strange there didn't took out the charger instead since is the most expensive item apart from the phone itself.

I watched several unboxing videos on YouTube and saw I was unfairly treated all the ones I watched had every accessory in them I even saw some with up to three booklets but mine was only one they probably removed the warranty book cause I'm thinking it comes with warranty, even the box was not sealed, the Samsung printed transparent water proof cover was not there also and it looked like something a hand has handled/opened previously.. It's really a bad experience I know I would need to order an item online at a time but I'm really disappointed. I have contacted them though.. await their response. Thanks

Approach the platform, lay your complaints, and demand for the missing accessories or negotiate for a return — but their policy and how long you've had the phone for would decide.
