Otherwise, if you download from Google Playstore, it should be safe unless you see lots of negative reviews. Those from Samsung Galaxy store are also ok though Samsung doesn't have as stringent controls and malware detection as Google Playstore.

There is inbuilt call-recorder in all Galaxy devices just go to dialler tap the three dot on top right-hand-side allows your device to record call

Downloading applications to record calls is very dangerous for spying and very bad for ads . It may affect the mobile. I hope that samsung can update this phone to allow inbuilt call recorder depending on inbuilt voice recorder.

Sideload GCam app for the snapdragon version S10+. (Don't buy the Exynos version as GCam with Night sight support is limited). Otherwise, the A71 is a better if you must have the other features as well like a bigger screen, bigger battery, dedicated micro sd card slot, 25 watts superfast charging, etc. which the older S10+ can't offer.

I love taking selfie... moreAny S10 is better than A70 photo wise, the sensor is better , it has optical stabilisation, quicker autofocus, front camera also has autofocus, S10 series get monthly updates, A70 gets an update every 3 months.
S10 series have better slow motion video capture , the details will look better .
I had an S10e and regret getting the A70 after my S10e got sold

S10+ or A71. Which cameras are better. I love taking selfies and updating my status on facebook and whatsapp. Not a high gamer. S10+ is one year old while A71 is new. Pls help!!!

But for those who also value a huge battery, large gorgeous amoled screen, dual sim slots + dedicated micro sd card slot (triple slot), Widevine L1 certification, and a fraction of the price of a flagship phone, etc., the A71 is highly recommended.

I don't know... moreIt actually depends on your expectations and from what phone you came from and also from the your level of camera experience. For the general population, aka the Facebook crowd, the A71 camera is very good - from a noise, color, exposure and dynamic range point of view. However, if you've had something better or are more experienced, you'll notice it lacks manual controls (not a big deal for the Facebook crowd), and it's noise reduction, sharpening, and detail at 100% crop is certainly not quite there with the best. If you sideload GCam, you'll get vastly better low light photos and VERY LOW LIGHT photos that even IPhones will only display as black screen. (The default camera app is sufficient for good lighting).
To say the A71 has an EXCELLENT, SUPERB, MAGNIFICENT camera that is better than many flagships or is up there with the best of the best, is a CLEAR EXAGGERATION/OVERSTATEMENT.
But for someone to say:
"the only good thing in the phone (A71) is the battery which is a 4500mAh battery and that the rest like the camera and display and others are terrible" is a BLATANT LIE.

You could have got a better actual camera for the same money

I never use that useless EDGE , so I have never found it. I really wonder what the the heck for smart engineers placed the notification lighting at EDGE only..

I have this phone and the main reason i bought it was because i thought it would have a banging camera...but i was pretty disappointed to be honest. The battery life is awesome though.
