how many of you have issues with BLACK SCREEN on this device? i got 2 for my parents. One went black, a few months in.. i revived it with a reset. My dad's phone however went black and was unable to revive. (still vibrated) had to get refurbished phone under warranty. Is this common guys? I am scared that it will happen again (after a year's warranty) this is scary.

This phone is not bad at performance, But build quality has issue, like cheap sim tray that can break any time, sd card sim card don't want to fit properly. back camera glass gets scratched easily. even you took good care of it. Even samsung's old plastic phone lots stronger. back camera glass gets scratched easily. Camera is good, but software lacks Quality, Denoise, Sharpness control Which makes image upscaled, oil painted...

On charging I usually do it in the morning. The battery level mostly is at 40 - 50% (normal usage). Under heavy usage it is usually at 25 - 30%. Battery device care and screen shield is active. While charging, my phone doesn't heat up I charge it while in flight mode Internet disabled.
Still am still waiting to hear what is wrong with the provided 25w charger
