If it doesn't solve the problem, try another network that has network bands that match the network band supported by your specific A71 variant. Samsung releases different variants with different network bands supported to cater to different markets. If you got the wrong model/variant, return your phone and ask for a refund/replacement with another A71 model/variant that fits your network's bands.

After update, just use a generic Qualcomm charger (QC 2.0/3.0) whenever you need to top up battery life. Quick charging is still sufficiently fast, although not as fast as superfast charging. As a bonus, quick charging won't cause your phone battery to heat up as much as superfast charging which is good for a longer battery life.

I think it just about caring. Whenever I finish charging it (I do charge in flight mode, WiFi disabled) I disconnect the charger from power source.

had this phone for a few months I HATE IT always needs a charge camera is poor quality volume not loud enough and phone conversations cut in and out lots of silence and static on calls.gonna dump it ASAP ITS TIME FOR A IPHONE

Disappointed, 23 Jun 2021This phone is not good, it has too much Samsung bloatware o... moreare you sure you have genuine Samsung phone ? i'm using it one year now.. never had such issues as you mentioned it, or if your phone is infected with virus/malware.. don't blame the phone itself.. about the Samsung bloatware thing.. i wonder which Samsung phone model or other brand doesn't have them ? i think maybe 1 or 2 brands are making phones as totally android stock without their UI things..

This phone is not good, it has too much Samsung bloatware on it. The phone is slow to perform and the text messages need time to load for some reason. I can get a message and then be shown the message in the notification but upon actually opening the text app I will have to wait at least 10 seconds for it to load the new message. Apps crash all the time for no reason. Texts routinely do not send for no particular reason. Even right now as I am writing this I have had to restart my phone because it is not sending texts to anyone. The way it adds aps to the home screen is frustrating. I cannot have it add to folders, I have to create the folders in the app menu then move the folder to the home screen. This is easily the worst phone I have ever had.

Return the phone to your seller and ask for a refund very quick, assuming you can still get back at the unscrupulous seller.

I'm using Samsung A71 for almost 11 months and so far has no issue with the phone except the phone heats up during charging (not like scalding hot but warm in general). Is it normal?
Also, I have been using the plastic cover provided in the box from beginning. Today I took that cover off to clean it from inside and the back of the phone. I was surprised to see a small scratch in the back even though it has cover on all the time. Does anyone face this issue of scratch in the back of the phone with cover on?

The only problem I have is with the storage. Actually there are only 3 apps on it. Whatsaap, watspad and Snapchat and I'm been told internal storage is running out. Its new so I ain't got pics or videos or audios, just these apps. I need someone to help me understand

The A71 leaves much to be desired. The sensor often doesn't work to get in the phone. The network doesn't sync and the device has to be shut down to make calls. It doesn't store preferences with weather app or with text spell check so these have to he reprogrammed each time you turn the device on. The camera is awful with no auto focus and it doesn't allow for editing among multiple apps in the gallery, you have to open each one individually. It's terrible..do not buy it unless you want to be annoyed each time you use your phone..oh and the processor is so slow...I miss my LG!

Anonymous, 04 Jun 2021I can confirm it has charging issues when you keep on chang... moreAbsolutely misinformation, i use normal fast chager at Office, 12v charger in my car, use powerbank when i go out or long meeting, use original fast charger at home, minimum 2 type charger & sometimes max 3 type charger, so far absolutely zero issue after one year.
