Voice over LTE has been dysfunctional after the A71 4G's update to Android 11, One UI 3.1. The VoLTE settings can be turned ON or OFF in phone settings, yes, but in actual use, the VoLTE toggle settings no longer work. You WILL LOSE actual VoLTE capability. Also many USSD codes like *#*#4636#*#* no longer work! If these matter to you, I suggest you withhold updating your A71 to Android 11, OneUI 3.1
I haven't tried factory resetting the phone yet, after the Android 11 update, so I'm not sure if those bugs can be fixed with a factory reset after the Android 11 update.

Am using 8gb model and I ... morethere should be no difference of updates for separated models in terms of like 6 or 8 GB Ram who's getting it first as long as is not the 5G variant of A71 with different chipset, as both models of the 4G variants wear same chipset being 6 or 8 of Ram.. yesterday i got mine A11 with One UI 3.1 and is the version with 6 Ram, just i don't live in Kenya.. i think sometimes the region and the career both plays role too, that's just my way of thinking

My phone A71 facing poor network at several location..is it antenna issue or else?..before this used J7 Prime at the same location and received network very well but after using A71 no network available..what can i do?

Mine still no android 11, only with November update. I have Iraqi version bought from Lebanon. Updates are very slow for A71 considering older phones like A50 got android 11 since 2 weeks.

in my case, android 11 is the best thing that has ever happened to this phone
it is million times faster than android 10
after update, just optimize your phone via galaxy labs and youre all set
