And for the ones who asks about the 4G+ working or not after the November patch. Yes, is just normal as it should be, nothing like reduced or slowed down speed, cheers and happy holidays :)

Arthur from Rio, 28 Dec 2020I have the a71 for 5 months and after the last software upd... moreMy can charge with any chargers, even those 5 dollars charger, i charge my A71 using original charger & cable, 8 dollars charger, 5 dollars car charger, power bank, so far zero issue.

I have the a71 for 5 months and after the last software update (22 dec) it doesn't charge with the original charger from the box. Curious is that the phone does charge with other brands like motorola turbopower (not same speed though) and the charger from samsung works on other devices like my flatmate's M30. I've been checking online and a lot of people are having the same issue since the launch, so it doesn't matter the update. I know its not a flagship phone but its not cheap also, this is really frustating... It seems Samsung just doesn't care.

Anyone noticed after Dec 20 update of my A71, Internet 4G+ has somehow all of a sudden reduced to 4G, making Internet access speeds slower than before. Samsung pls help fix this in upcoming security patches nxt Yr.

Over all performances good and no heating issue but I'm very
much disappointing that flowing many rouls and regulation how to battery save unfortunately result zero.

Apparently A72 will use Snapdragon 720G like A52, so is not worthwhile waiting for A72, with A72 throwing a big discount i rather take A71 if 5G is not going to ve available in your country in next couple of years (like my country expecting 5G only in 2025).

Does anyone know what is the LTE-A speed category of Samsung a71 ?
( I mean : for example , for Samsung m51 network part . Speed section written : HSPA 42.2 / 5.76 Mbps , LTE-A (2CA) Cat6 400/50 Mbps
Which is "CAT6" for this mobile phone . )

Anonymous, 23 Dec 2020Bro, adding ram and processor isn't as easy as it soun... moreThat's my point to the fellow who claim his 3 years old A5 is better than A71 (if he add RAM onto his A5), i have never seen anyone capable of doing that..lol).
He may have pay a lot for his A5 in 2017, making him unable to accepts the fact his phone is outdated as at 2020.
