My phone has started having this behavior of suddenly being unable to hear the other caller, or the other caller failing to hear me. It makes me have to restart my phone and then after all seems well. I could talk with people like normal, but then suddenly,it could take hours or a day or 2 and the problem reoccurs, and I have to restart the phone.
I also noted that sometimes I attach earphones to play videos or music, but instead the sound comes out from the speakers instead, and that prompts me to restart the phone in order to set it back to normal. Has anyone here had this experience, and what was the solution if it was resolved? It's damn frustrating!

I guess my battery needs replacement

Even without usi... moreIf your phone can barely last a day on standby, and not being used, then your battery is dying, after 3 years, a 4500 mah battery will eventually show it's age. It's time to get a new battery, otherwise you'll have to charge the phone twice a day. This phone battery is too little for a huge display like that. My old galaxy a31 with it's smaller 6"4 Super AMOLED panel and 5000 mAh battery has a very good standby time, it's a bit heavy due to the massive battery. I'm pretty much sure that the Galaxy a71 can accommodate a 5000 mAh battery

After 2 or 3 years of having this phone I haven't seen a major problem yet. Only apps crashing sometimes but that's about it

Is so sad my beloved galaxy a71 fell inside water and that was the end. I sent it to samsung customer care and I was told both the board and the battery is spoiled.
Now I have gone for galaxy quantum 2 (a82 5g) and it's also nice like the a71.

Android 13 i have since November 2022 lol. This phone A71 would get another year of security patches, and that's all, no more android for A71 like 14 and upward
