Big updates in OneUI or the Android version sometimes causes bugs in previously installed apps. If the problem persists only a fresh start will do - complete factory reset so no app installed on the previous version of OneUI gets carried over to the newer version. All apps including system apps and pre installed apps that cannot be uninstalled will have a fresh install under the updated operating system.

My Galaxy A71 screen freezes. I tried software update, factory reset and other solutions but nothing works. The screen freezes when browsing and keyboard freezes too. Sometimes when typing letters do not appear on keyboard and will appear after some seconds.

I was scrolling through Instagram and suddenly my A71 which I bought about 3 or 4 months ago started freezing and bugging.Then it completely blacked out and only displayed the Samsung logo for about 20 minutes before it restarted.This is the first time this happened on this phone and has never happened to any of my previous Samsung phones.The software is on one ui 2.5 October patch.Is anyone else facing this issue.

Cables are not only much faster, but they're also more efficient with lesser energy losses through heat, which incidentally, accelerates battery wear and aging. If you want your phone's battery to last longer and deteriorate less with time, avoid wireless charging at all costs.

Anonymous, 29 Oct 2020something i found after buying this phone... it doesn'... moreSamsung intentionally omitted the 60fps options in its newer midrange phone lineups so you'll buy their more expensive flagship models. On a positive note though, 30fps produces cleaner, more detailed videos when light levels are low. It won't be as smooth as 60fps but you'll certainly see cleaner videos with more detail retention.
