Crap! It says 5000mAh but it's more like 2500mAh. Poor poor battery life, use it as a bussiness phone, doesn't last a whole day. Also poor fingerprint recognition - rocognises only once in every 4 attempts. Lot of other issues but these are the most important ones.

It has poor specifications. As in previous years, they are not worth buying compared to the A52. The A72 was for those who wanted a more powerful phone than the A52. But Samsung has broken with tradition. This Samsung phone was disappointing.

Why is the processor weak compared to the previous generation ?! What did Samsung really think, why ?!
The A72 4G should have used at least a 750G processor.
Even the screen margins have become much larger, which is awful.
A72 4G has been a real setback compared to A71 4G !!!!!

When I use 3x zoom in a72. the screen color is get light blue.
Please some suggest to me its hardware problem software problem.
