my friend and I purchased the same unit A73 5G but from different store and we observed the same problem. If you switch off the unit or drain its battery, it will reset the date and time. If the setting is set to AUTOMATIC DATE&TIME it will eventually change to correct date and time. This is a big issue in places without network signal. Anyone else observed this issue? Its the same for both Android 12 and 13.

Does anybody notice the oversharpening on the A73 camera? Espesially on photo. Video stabilization on this phone is just terribe, It's jittering, although it has ois. I have seen a video comparison between A53 and A73, it turns out that video on the A53 is way smoother than the A73, and also the photo is not oversharpened. Is this a software issue or hardware issue?

I have this phone really hate the fact that it has no earphone port and comes with only a cable no charger. THATS REALLY REALL INEFFICIENT! For a $500 phone.

Anonymous, 26 Jan 2023Correct me if I misunderstood your comment, but wasn't... moreYes, the displays used in J series phones came with Samsung's proprietary Super AMOLED display with glass as a substrate (hence why you can see an purple ink effect in case you had damaged the display, and a rainbow effect if you turn the phone sideways). But the display used in the newer phones including A series, M series, F series, S series etc use plastic instead of glass as a substrate (these displays are technically P-OLED but marketed as Super AMOLED Plus because they are Samsung-branded), so a heavy blue tint is visible if you turn the phone sideways.

1. Most users don't have more than one device.
2. Most users don't pixel peeps the photo.
As for my case, I owned Mi 11 Lite 4G with 64MP primary camera, yet the output is much inferior than A73's primary camera.

A53 a52s 5g all the same with this a73 5g. No damn difference. Just a different name bigger screen better battery.

On the A72 page of gsmarena, price is about $700, whereas on A73, price is about $415, how that? Price of A72 should be less. Unless they have forgotten to downgrade price.
