Hello,
Is someone got probleme with the screen ?
Sometimes i drow the device from the pocket and show me "blue screen" insted allways on display.
He ware 5 times at the lab.
I bouth him on sep. 2017
I will glad for yours help!

I lost this purchase phone A7 2017.this phone not after security patch november.and this problem is net problem &mobile hang.it is not purchase samsung mobile. Beter than Nokia is the best.

choose system apps
choose usb settings
click storage
click erase the data
then click clean cache
in usb settings screen
and restart your phone.
