choose system apps
choose usb settings
click storage
click erase the data
then click clean cache
in usb settings screen
and restart your phone.

I received software update today 25.03.2018 but not Oreo just a normal update for Android 7.0.
By right today A7 2017 have to receive Android 8.0 Oreo

Try and i thing you are ok after this.
