I bought my samsung A7 2017 last March, yesterday It was dropped accidentally from my lap and the front screen were damaged, I though it was gorilla glass 4 as what they've said to their advertisement. I was surprised when I saw the glass was cracked knowing that it was dropped from my lap which is not that high. I am too disappointed, as i thought it was a durable compare to other phones.
I called the customer service and too bad because not cover under the warranty.
And I read / heard same issue happens to others who purchased the said phone.

nice phone...battery can last for a day (heavy use game and internet). smooth phone...
for mid range phone this phone so good.

I been using this phone for 15 days now and I can say that the battery is superb. I dont experienced any kind of issue about the phone. Call quality is great. Using wifi and data connection is really fast. There's no lag at all. It was fast to charge. Theres a lot of free wallpaper, themes, and icons - great! I loved my samsung a7 2017 blue mist with clear case. ❤❤❤ cant wait for the update. Hopefully very soon. 😊

No doubt, Samsung mobiles are very very expensive mobiles in world. even the Co is not providing new technology chipsets.
