how come that my A7 2017 camera is not tge same with the one on stores. i bought my phone on samsung legit shops but not the capture is not good. i'm not satisfied with the camera. the sound was low. what to do?

AnonD-674501, 04 Jun 2017Can anybody tell, is there any hanging issuesSound problem:every time I left it or use it it would seldom have no sound even you turn the volume up and listen to music and even on ear phones. Need to restart it to get the music back. Also, streaming videos suck and sometimes it would give you to video and it doesn't buffer but it stops and you can't watch any video anymore unless restarting it. Both video crashing and music stopping can happen at once. Also, when i play online games and there would be ads (Payback² as an example) I clicked the ad and the video crashed and it restarts the whole game. And also this game(Critical Ops) you play for a few days, then you would crash almost every single minute. Good luck on this phone.
