Hi, when I try to use the front camera (selfie) of my Samsung galaxy A7 2017 for a group picture only my face is on focus ( clear ) the other persons are out of focus ( blurry) any one have the same problem? Do you think we have to wait an update to the camera app from Samsung to solve the problem?
N.B: I don't have this problem with my Samsung note 5.

after update security it become little bit laggy and battery about to die...i think that security setting might be harm the phone

Cataleya, 28 Mar 2017I updated my a7 with march Security updates.. With just 80m... moreDONOT update devices with these patches. They only make things worse. Use the stock OS comes with the device as its is fully tested by the engineers. If you upgraded to nougat thats another thing.

Yes 4k is not available but who uses it. 4k recording needs 4k TVs. At distance more than 3 feet from TV screen 1080p and 4k both looks same.
I agree with shaky videos. I am also disappointed with that. But most of the people take snaps. We hardly make any videos. BTW video quality other than shakiness is excellent.

This is the main reason i used to prefer Windows Phone over Androids. But unfortunately there is no flagship device from Microsoft since ages. This is the main reason i shifted back to Android.

No 4k support, and the battery backup is now worst after update.
The battery back was great on A7(2016), the rear camera is not good compared to 13mp of A7(2016).
The video quality is very poor, no OIS.
DISAPPOINTED!😢

I updated my a7 with march Security updates.. With just 80mb plus.. But it turns out to squeeze battery quick.. I just used it for txting and calling.. And it stayed for almost 4 days.. But now.. Already consumed almost 50% in a day only.. Does anyone experienced that?

Just wanna share my experience with A7 2017. I got my new unit last week and already experienced some issues on its second day. First was with the phone's charger. I've been expecting a lot since this is just new so I hoped that the USB cable would last even for just a month, however, fast charging doesn't seem to work after charging my phone for the third time. I was baffled at start thinking that the problem was with the unit that I got. I tried using other smartphone's fast charger and it worked properly. I have been experiencing this concern since I started using Samsung smartphones for the past 8 years and this has really made me disappointed for USB cable that comes with their unit is not sturdy. Secondly, I tried using it's front camera outdoors and suddenly the camera got blurry like you are underwater and little green squares started appearing on the screen. Aghast, I quickly pressed the lock button and unlocked it to restart the phone. The issue with the camera happened twice while I was using it outdoors. I attempted to return the unit at Samsung though they advised me to go to their nearest service center to have it checked. I worked night shifts so I really do not have the time to wait on a queue while at the SC, well anyway, I'll just try my luck in replacing this unit within this week.

slow update? let me tell you this, ONEPLUS is one of best on providing fatest software updates. they're making one or two devices every year which means that they can focused on updating the device compared to samsung they're releasing morethan 10 devices every year and their main priority is their flagship phone which are S and note series. you can check their old A series the update is too slow if incase there is.
and by the way its proven that oneplus 3T is the fastest android phone even galaxy s7 edge cannot surpass the 3T.

got this phone last march 2, 2017...and got new software update just now...can someone tell me how's the review of the new software update compare to the last one? i thought it was android nougat already but i'm wrong, it's still android marshmallow by the way...
