The camera is 16mp with no OIS, its a crap.
What I want to say is is it worth Rs.34000 ??

BiG Problem for Selfie Guy!
The front camera of this Phone is very bad! when i take a selfie like Blur pic!
Poor Selfie cam! :(

Anonymous, 24 Mar 2017what you mean.... .all Samsung phones look like .There's subtle differences in the design to them. The A series was previously very box like. They had sharp corners and chamfered edges. It was a very clean and premium look/feel in my view. Its a real shame they've tried to curve the series like the flagship.

I am regretting now, dont waste money only in the name of latest year 2017. We can get better phones for this price like oneplus 3T.
Infact the camera of A7 2016 is better that 2017. No OIS for 34000, are you kidding samsung ? What is the use of water resistence , we are not buying mobile phones only for playing it with water, update the basic functionality aswell if you are naming it as 2017 model.
Dont waste money..

When i tried using samsung a7 2017 front camera for group picture, it was only my face that is clear the other faces in the picture are blurred/out of focus.

This phone is perfect considering its battery. I am not using any battery saving modes, just auto brightness. Its screen has good brightness under sunlight. Not better than Nokia 1520.

I don't expect flagship specs from this, I do however have an expectation that the latest software and security patches are applied. You don't need flagship specs to run Nougat.

Never compared the A series 2017 to the Google Pixel. I just compared the Pixel to an iPhone which is a very valid comparison. In my opinion, Samsung has gone backwards in their design. They had such attractive A5, A3 and A7 phones only a few years ago. Made me want to move from my Note 5 to them.

S-Series and Note Series are the flagship phones while A-Series, C-Series, and J-Series are all mid-range phones from Samsung. And to compare A7 2017 to Google Pixel? Whoa! That's something insane given the fact that Google Pixel is a new-comer which is the flagship phone of Google. Of course, obviously, it has more significant specs than the mid-range. See the picture?
