Can someone advise?
Bought y'day white color A8(duos model SM-A800F) in Pune, India frm a retail shop.
CPU-Z app shows processor as Exynos Octa 5430 with Quad A7 @1.3Ghz & Quad A15 @1.8 & Antutu app showing specs as 32bit A-15 8core only.
However Gsmarena shows very diffrnt combination in CPU of A53 for A800F model.
Please someone advise me with facts. I've checked IMEI it's a genuine device & all working fine.

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2015Lg g4 is better because its CPU is faster you can check it ... moresamsung is alos a more reliable brand...touwiz much more organized thatn lg skin...samsung is much more smooth and samsung a8 much more elegent and nice body....lg g3 has many issues and people complain

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2015please help me which one I chose ??galaxy A8 or lg g4 they ... moreLg g4 is better because its CPU is faster you can check it in its specs and its resolution too is 2560x1440 p (QHD) a8 is only full hd but a8 has fingerprint scanner and has a full metal body and it's slim but on the lg has leather back so it has premium feel and look also. The camera is better on g4 too and it has laser autofocus. If you're not satisfied just check both specs

phone is good but could have been 5 or 5.2 inch coz its very difficult to hold a phone with 5.7 inch display . wat i recomend is that, the spec. may be thw same but thw screen size may kindly be reduced...!

I got the galaxy A8 on the 12th of September and I must say I enjoyed the phone till two weeks ago when my screen broke and I took the phone to a samsung outlet and they have refused to fix the phone or swap it even though it's still covered with the 24 months warranty. That just sucks. This is my 4th samsung phone.

Okay. So I'm in a bit of a fix. Lost my Grand Prime and need a new phone. Don't know if to go for the A8 or the Nexus 5X. And yeah, I've read the specs and all and I speak Geek so I know what it entails. Just need professional advice...if you can give it.

it is awesom phone. i used this phone from august.it is better than Z2,i used Z2 last year, its camera clearity not good but galaxy a8 provide better resolution picture quality and full HD movie, supb phone,and slim too

Hey guys. Been using galaxy a8 since last month. Very outstanding phone, superb camera, long last battery tho, and yeap very slim.
The only prob is the sounds are not good enough. Samsung might nailed it if the speaker were better. Hohoho should buy gold color anyway 😍

go for sony xperia z2...its way better than galaxy A8.i used A8 near 1 month and z2 for a year.z2 is still perform better than A8 averall.A8 has only a slimmer body.don't waste your money friends.
