Samsung have just announced Galaxy A8s and I'm really in love with it, but I think it will cost much more, so if you are looking for a mid-class phone, this one is great deal for its current price. I wanted to buy Huawei P20 lite, cause it has nice design and 64GB internal storage, but after all I decided that I trust Samsung more.

With the november update, the rear camera is sooo much better in lowlight. Cannot be happier. This phone turns to be perfect.

I finally bought samsung because I felt bit disappointed with Xiaomi although I am still okay with Xiaomi. I think I must try samsung and choose galaxy A8 (2018).
I am so happy with A8 as it does not contain third apps/bloatware or something like that. It just contains facebook & microsot office but hide-able. All apps including samsung apps can be hide-able. Some can be uninstalled.
After all, yes 100%, A8 (2018) is the best in its class. I knew it may be over-priced, so please wait until the price is drop, like I did lol.

Been using this phone since april 2018 for 400 usd price. It is near perfection for my daily driver. Dropped many times but has not crack the screen, since there is no edge screen like the s8/s9. Has beautiful design, compact size, infinity display, dolby atmos, nfc, good quality camera, eis, 4 gigs of ram, dual simcard, ip68, etc.
Hope samsung could make this kind of phone again in 2019..

So It's been a year and I just found out about this phone recently and I am planning on buying it. From the orignal 380 usd, I can now buy it for around 280-290 usd. Do you guys think its still worth it right now with the specs? If not what alternative do you think I should get right now (Dec 2018)?
