You guys sure this is an A8? The model name (A530...) would make this a device from the A5 series? Given the current patterns, this one should be known as A820..., since there wasn't an A8 2017 edition (at least not from what I know)

I mean seriously, how can A8 be a better valued phone than 5T? A8 doesn't even have a proper rear camera, still no 4K recording, no OIS, no EIS, no dual pixel autofocusing (something which even my Moto G5 Plus has), no secondary lens, nothing. Even the processor.

I think the A8 is for a lot of people great. Remember you can't buy a 5T in a local store which is very important to some people. Not to mention warranty.

Please read the specification properly and buy the phone. SAMSUNG IS CHEATING ITA CUSTOMERS . Many will buy this Device as it gets launched and regret later.
No OIS- that means blurry photos from rear camera @ Night, Don't Mia judge me I own a SND 821 phone with a good camera and I can vouch for the performance attainable without OIS, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED WITH NIGHT PHOTOS AS IT WILL BE BLURRY AND YOU CAN NEVER BE A ROBOT TO KEEP YOURSELF SOO STEADY.
2. No Autofocus Selfie camera - This means you have to keep a fixed distance between camera and use to get good focus or else you won't get god photos, Don't get immersed in the dual camera it's a waste if it doesn't focus clearly.
The resolution is good and that's it's negative it will Lag after 1-2 years of heavy use, may be good for Non camera using Girls which is rare, Boys will keep hunting it's performance and this just average processing with high rendering for display will make it slow.
By that time Samsung will launch its new update and Samsung needs everybody buying the update soon.
This company lacks sincerity towards its customers and plays a hierarchy game.
If someone really wants a midranger just go for one plus or Moto why waste extra money on Samsung brand??
