Can someone help. I have a galaxy a9 and it will not fast charge. I have fast charger and it says on the box that it is fast charging compatible. I went to battery setting and it does not have the option to turn fast charging on or off.

Pls i jux bought samsung a9.and as at now...its not booting to screen...when i on it,it jux displays the samsung screen dats all...n its stays der....please it cant charge too....plz someone help me... jux love the

How to turn OFF fast charging for A9(2016)?
Web information shows the selection option, with screen photo, on setting/battery at the bottom.
I did not see it on 5.? OS as delivered. It was updated to 6.0.1 Android via wifi but still did not have the option.

Hello everyone!
I bought this A7 (6) a day ago, it still have 5.1.1 firmware version. It has some lacking but the performance and the battery life sim to be good. My question is: did any one of you upgraded the firmware to 6.0.1? And how's the performance and the battery life with 6.0.1 firmware? Please share you experience the difference between these two android firmwares on A7 (6)? Thank you.
