According to me,
Advantages of Ace 2 over sola:
-More RAM (Major advantage considering ICS takes up 340MB)
-Front cam (Major adv)
-Slightly bigger battery (Minor)
-Slightly larger screen (Minor)
Advantages of sola over ace 2:
-Better design and thinner profile (Major)
-Better UI (Major)
-Better CPU (Minor)
-USB Host, floating touch, dropbox (minor)
So its pretty much even for me and I wouldnt be able to decide until gsmarena comes up wth a review of Ace 2. I'm quite surprised that none of the major english sites including gsmarena has reviewed Ace 2 yet.

i am waiting, like many other indian, for this phone. but samsung is not releasing it. if they don't want to release in india, they should let us know.

2. 1 GHz > 800 MHz, but that doesn't directly translate to a better performance.
3. The design and the UI of the sola are really good, no doubt about that. But that's subjective, and it would always depend on the person's preferences.
4. Cloud storage would require wireless data connection, therefore it would consume more juice. Plus, you would pay extra unless you're using free a Wi-Fi service.
Unless there would be a review of the Ace 2 (since there are already for the sola), we could not conclude yet which is better. But I'd prefer Ace 2 over sola base on previews that I had seen.

I am waiting for this phone from the past 3 months. Samsung had announced that they would launch it in 2012's 1Q....May is already over..I think they will not launch it in India just like the "Galaxy W" which indeed was a beast with 1.4 Ghz proc 512 RAM na d android 2.3....if any one knows when the Ace 2 will be out...please let me know....

I saw the benchmarks but I don't know anything about those anyway, I don't have an Android yet. There's just something wrong with the photo captures. Other tech sites and blogs that had tested a prototype, even GSM Arena had one, showed pretty good stills compared to what this Thai guys got. It seems there's something wrong with their device or they didn't remove the plastic cover for the camera.

Seems like you didn't find this website. It's in Thai, but translate in Chrome can fix that. Anyway, the benchmarks are in the 3rd drop down box if I'm not wrong. Benchmarks are good, but the FPS rates are quite average. Well, I'm not very experienced in judging, what do you think?
