dip, 22 Jan 2012can we move the installed application from phone memory to ... moreroot ur phone...
make partition in sd card in ext3 format(let say 2gb card..so make one partition of 1.5gb in fat for normal use n other 500mb in ext3 for apps
install link2sd from market.whn u open link2sd popup will come then create mount script by clicking ext3.
reboot....n done...
u can partition sd card using minitool...
make sure to set both partition as primary...
if u want to root i recommend to root ur phone by flashing cf root kernel..

i have this phone for almost 5months i really love all the apps.but poor battery and keep on hanging what will i do...
if ill put 32gb memory card would that be ok???

my phone is different but uses the same battery as the ace. dont buy this phone the battery isnt good.

im usin this phone for more than 3 months. Its a good phone but it cannot get adobe flash player. But over all its a good phone to own...:)

Increase Samsung galaxy ace battery life
by following methods
Try the Juice Defender app or a task killer app. Make sure you open the task manager and end task for apps that you've stopped using, especially social networking ones or ones that use internet
go into each app and make sure they are closed, also make sure bluetooth and wifi are turned off.
Samsung Galaxy Ace display is set to full brightness at first start up this can put a strain on battery. However, you can reduce the screen brightness and the screen timeout.
When you don’t use the web,or video call on Samsung Galaxy Ace, turn off 3G to save battery life
The background data usually does the job of keeping the updates on, and the apps running using the data network even when you are not using that particular app. Some apps that need the background data include the Mail, Google Talk, Social Hub etc. which are set to update regularly for the latest content.they keep using the battery .so turn of background data,and auto-synchronising

but for me this works as a tablet pc
I am using this mobile for past 6 months
no battery problem for me
daily i am using this for 90 minutes
voice call,30 minutes video call thro yahoo,
60 minutes net browsing thro opera mobile
60 minutes music etc;
battery lasts exactly 1 day for me
when my BSNL broadband connection fails
i use this as modem with airtel 3G
simply superb tablet phone
