great copycat design of iphone4 but not the material
poor battery backup
poor sound quality
cant move apps to sd card
cant live with this one...mine sold after using it only for 4 weeks
worst cellphone i ever buy

when i unlock the ace sometime it lag .Aftet few second it work fine when i update it 2.3 please give the solution

The phone does not feel smart but seems rather oversmat. Lol.
The problem is that when you connect to the net, it immediately opens up email, Google services, software update and other stuff in the background . This drains battery at 2% of battery per min. But after manually goin to taskmanager and shutting them down. The battery soared to 1% in 15 min when using wifi net.
All you need to do is that go to task manager and kill useless apps running in the background . If u do this the battery level lasts well. Trust me.
I was reluctant to buy this phone too. But after i purchased it, i am really satisfied with battery.

I just bought this phone and its super good! haha bu... moreall pics taken on your phone will be saved automatically on the memory card, w/o it, you cant save any pics, cant take no pics, you have to have at least 2gb so you can still save and download files on your device.

i try countless rom for my SGA but after this rom.i never go for another amazingly fast 21 application install in internal memory but steal my SGA has 121mb remain thanks DXA

In this rom , All applications other than system apps can be moved to the SD card. But stock rom only allows some apps to move to sd. So update the rom to cyanagen mod... all details on that forum.

Have been using Samsung Galaxy Ace for about a month now. It is a wonderful phone, I can vouch for that. I asked the dealer to replace the 2 GB card that came along, with an 8 GB card. I paid 12800 INR for the entire package.
The only complaint is the low internal memory of 181 MB and the fact that some of the downloaded applications can't be moved to SD.
The battery could have been better but then, battery back up is an issue with all smart phones that don't have iPhone's secret(and awesome!)technology.
At the price that it's being offered, I'll say Samsung Galaxy Ace is more than worth the money :)

its awesome smartphone, i like it.... its better than iphone 3gs best camera experience with android 2.3 and video and also music performance... as well as battery backup.... and lots of new features.... i love it

i was using samsung 3850 (corby2) so i thought of buying an expensive phone,which has some extra features and a good camera,so i bought this phone,but it was my big-big mistake,while i was buying this phone,i wasn't sure whether to buy this or wave II,but unfortunately i bought this one,main problem is the battery and poor sound quality,camera is also average as compared to other 5 mp.It's a great disappointment.

i bought this phone recently,as this is one of the most expensive phones i've bought in recent times,so i was pretty excited,the phone has some good features,looks quite similar to i-phone4,but the main problem is the battery back-up,it drains quite fast,also the sound quality is also not good,according to the price you're paying for something which is supposed to be damn good.I'll suggest guys don't go for this phone,as it's total waste of money.

I bought this phone yesterday, i was really excited because it had so many features,so i called my friends but they couldn't hear me,then i called my colleagues they also had the same problem,there's something wrong with the microphone,man,now that sucks,also the battery is a big problem, now i regret buying this phone.
