many users complain ace battery drains fast. but here are some tips how to make it last for 2 days.
*fully charge the battery. while charging it indicates how much is the battery capacity for ex. 80% or 100%. but when it indicates 100% do not unplug yet wait until it will indicate again "unplug charger" then that's the right time to unplug it. so normal charging will take 2-3hrs.
*turn off wifi, bluetooth, gps, use packet data,and etc when not in use.
*close applications properly when not in use.
*seldom play games. normally, games consume more power than any else. if you're a game addict better buy a mobile emergency charger.
*do not install applications which runs in background when it's not that important.
*no need to install applications that claim it can save battery power.
*do not install anti-virus
now my ace could last almost 2 days in a minimal use. i'm a happy and satisfied ace user.

hi , why when i truy to instal an aplication a mesage apear " there is no suficient space on the device "
why i have 1.5 Gb on the sd and over 60Mb on the fone , and the aplication it is 10 mb :)))
can someone tell me what is happen ?

Anonymous, 15 Nov 2011can one find an extra battery to buy as a back upYes. Here in the Philippines, I bought one at the Samsung center, Mall of Asia. But!!! I don't have to use it anymore. After turning off the packet data option and Auto-sync, Plus managing unused applications, my battery last for 2 and a half days before re-charging.

steve8000, 15 Nov 2011it seems like a good phone ,but i had problem with my cellp... moreuncheck the "use packet data" in "mobile network setting" under "wireless and network settings". you will not be able to send mms though, but you can enable it again if you have the urge to use it.

i don't knw...wat people like in android...cuz wat i fell is dat android SUCKS..!!
i m using dis phone since 1 week or more....n i really miss my nokia 5800....cuz battery life sucks...even after installing advance task killer n juice defender battery barely manages to stand for a day only...internet speed sucks lyk hell...net speed was way faster in 5800...trust me if u r usking any nokia cell phone n if u hav heard dat android is so damn great....u will b really dissapointed..!! cuz android really sucks....n sumtimes d cell lags too...even angry lags in dis cell man...my suggestion DON'T BUY IT!!

Go to Settings-> Wireless and Networks -> Mobile network settings. In this disable both Use packet data and Data roaming. You have charged as some of the applications tries to sync it and uses the service provider's service.
I was also facing the same issue before but then fix it by doing above steps.

Hiiiii friends! Don't take tesion about ur mobile,it has only the little beat battry problem,but if u manag it carefully I will work better.

Anonymous, 15 Nov 2011it can stored on app from memory cardandroid phones constantly connect to the internet ... the only way to stop it using ur internet is to turn off the data network mode ... and turn it on wen u arent using wifi and want to use mobile internet ... to turn it on and off ... keep your finger on the lock button untill a menu comes up...on there , just press the data network.mode option, and this should change from activated to deactivated ... to turn it back on, jus do the same ,and it will activate again

Having just purchased the Ace after updating, I don't like the fact you can't seem to assign different ring tones to a contact, and cannot seem to add contacts as favourites, as with my old phone

it seems like a good phone ,but i had problem with my cellphone company , they have charged me for using internet! in fact i was using wi-fi all the time , I think there is something with the network option I should change ,, can someone tell me how to make sure that I'm only using my free wi-fi and not using the network of the company ,,, please , thanks
