my problem with my galaxy ace is the battery it last
only for one and a half day.i just use it only for texting and listening to music for about 30 minutes a day.is there something wrong with my battery or the unit itself?or is it normal?

Symbian vs Android is nothing like WinXP vs Win7. A more suitable comparison would be Apple OS vs WinXP. If you've ever tried to do anything productive on an Apple computer you know it is the most worthless piece of shit ever. The same goes for Symbian and iOS. It goes beyond simple theatrics and eye-candy. Symbian is slow, lacks decent applications, hangs randomly, and there's pretty much no reason anyone should want to deal with it other than the fact that they're obsessed with Nokia's hardware...and if we're talking hardware, then HTC is lightyears ahead of Nokia.
If you just want a phone to browse the internet and check emails, then Symbian is fine.. heck even Bada or iOS would be fine. If you want to do a little bit more in terms of apps and multi-network integration, then Android is for you.

Lakpa, 03 Mar 2011Atlease justify your answer as in what aspect the Samsung G... morelakpa....dude...I think you are cmpltly illiterate in when it comes to mobiles. try to use the computer with no ram and processor will you be able to use it??? ram and processor just doesnt increases ur processing speed but it also improves the performance of the handset. on the other hand nokia using symbian technolgy is sh!t now. android is ruling the world, accept it, come out of the pond. it doesnt mean that if u are using c6-01 that is the best phone ever. its a cheap and bad phone. samsung on the other hand hv done miracles in past few years. look at the rankings and then talk. there is no answer to your question. ifact thats not even a question. because nokia c6-01 is no match with galaxy ace. not even nokia n8 or c7. if u want go for e7 but i know that wont be affordable for you. if you are getting same features in low cost why to spend more money. you nepali people will never grow. zzZzz

Vj, 02 Mar 2011I'm planning to buy this phone.How is the battery backup,ph... morePls don buy this mobile... I bought one yesterday. The battery back up is v.v. poor. I bought this mobile mainly for the OS ( Android Froyo). Everything is fine with the mobile except for the battery. There is no point in buying a smart phone which don even give a battery back up for 1 day. Every one want to be online with a mobile like this. I jus configured a mail and made it to auto sync. the battery is drained like hell. after 4 hrs I was made to recharge. Again it started to drain.... Went to shop I got a replacement battery.. Will soon update about the battery.... Now I started hating the mobile itself... If you want a good Smart mobile then go for nokia.. we will get lot of apps from ovi similar to android market place.....

1.)Android ***** and Sym^3 is horrible..
2.)800 Mhz Processor
3.)3.5 inch screen 3.2 inch screen
4.)Smart and gud Camera Nothing New
5.)Ace's Touch is far better den nokia's N8 or C6-01 or any other phone...
So definitely go for Ace........
Price factor also tells u to go with ace...
