I was more attracted to the design of this phone. But spec wise to Wave-II .
I believe both will be avbl in India some 1000 + bucks difference .
Also bit confused whether to go for Samsung ACE / WAVE-II ? Can the owners of both the phones guide us as most of us have the same confusion...
Can someone please confirm when this model will be avbl in India and at what price (approx) ?

But much as I want to buy this phone, this has no flash support in its web browser. On the other hand, if you want as flash or a fast browsing, you might as well buy a laptop or a pc...hehehe

@ Eipstein :
Thanks for ur reply. 278MB RAM is very disappointing for what so called 'Smart Phones'. Atleast it should have 512MB RAM to beat its counterparts.
1. How the screen behaves in sunlight visibility ?
2. Is there any FLASH Support ?
3. How about camera and video quality ?
4. How about the phone's backshape ?

@SAP
It is very light. yes I am very proud that I own this phone. They say that it looks like an iphone but not really that much. I already said that the RAM is 278MB. It is snappy. I have played a high res AVI video using rockplayer, it is OK. The sound is very good.
Only Samsung can say if it upgradeable to V2.3. But I hope it is upgradeable. Buddies Now is not available. Wi-Fi is very good, I have downloaded a lot of apps already. But I guess the free 2GB SD card is not enough for me.

And by the way, I posted the name of the Store, duh. It is Technokid at SM Megamall. They are a concept store and they are the sister Company Of the Samsung Store in Megamall.
I wonder who is grandstanding. Maybe those who are envious that the phone is not yet available in their area?

Althought the RAM is 278, when you navigate the phone it is blazingly fast without lags or hang ups. We have downloaded tons of applications and still no lags or hang ups. We dont know what technology used by Samsung on this device. So we highly recommend this phone to everyone.
Please Samsung release the BADA 2.0 OS asap. Thanks.

About the RAM: Please take a look at

to 3min58sec and you'll see how the Ace manages with its RAM in a rather light use.
