I intalled Lollipop 5.0.2 Aroma a week now and I can't believe the performance of my device. Don't wait for any update. This rom has many s6 features but the most important is that it's the pperformance and the battery stamina. The only difference from the stock Lollipop is that is much much better.

After 16 months with official 5.0.2 i finally decided to root it. Well 2 days now i have my old good phone back. I have installed Lollipop aroma version. It's stable, quick and the battery last 2 times more! This is the link.

That's the wa... moreI certainly agree with you but how **** samsung managed to get all of those midrangers ( include the a9 ) to marshmallow and planning nougat while alpha still stuck to 5.0.2??? This is really dissapointing, considering that even s5 mini got marshmallow.

Samsung did this purely by marketing nature. That's the way of the current market flow. If samsung had provided alpha (one of the most powerful phone ever built by them) with MM all of you would stuck with it for a long time. Now they force all of you to buy new A9 or A5... I will stay with alpha and lollipop for a long time. Then I will buy again one of the most powerful phone available like this one, but certainly it won't be samsung.

Actually regarding the screen problem,if you notice..when you restart ur phone,the flickering issue reduced a little bit. So i am thinking it might be a software problem not hardware prob. Some new sammy device that had s.amoled display had flickering too even more bad like j7..marshmallow even not here yet sammy!!
