Guys can you tell me how to cool this phone because updating apps in play store the temperature rises up to 90 degrees (Celsius) and phone throttles so bad!

You can root ur phn then download a custom rom to get marshmallow.

Before Lollipop Alpha was a great phone. The battery could last 1 day with heavy use and even 1.5 days with normal use and battery management on. Right now with a new battery and a resant factory reset the battery lasts 6-8 hours. No Marshmallow means never a Samsung device again. This is my fourth Samsung device and probably the last one. Samsung updated A3 and S5 mini and i am still waiting for 1 year now with a problematic device to fix it. Samsung promised the Lollipop 5.1.1 how was fixing the problems but without any information to the customers the decided to cancel Lollipop and they moved on for Marshmallow. So where is Marshmallow after 1 year? The company supports the high end and expensive devices. Alpha is high end and expensive device. No Marshmallow No Samsung.

Same here. I am very disappointed with Samsung for not releasing Marshmallow for this amazing phone. This is the best compact phone to date except the battery and i heard that Android 6.0 could manage battery better than previous version.

Samsung is known for poor after sales service including updates. I have been waiting waiting for 6.0 update since a year though less power S5 and other device recieved Android marshmallow update but still this high end premium Alpha not yet got Marshmallow updates. I am very much decided not to go to any samsung products untill alpha gets marshmallow. Recently need to purchase a mobile device for my family member this time I went with huawei mate 9 intentionally skipping S7 edge from my purchase list. just coz alpha not yet received android 6 update. I know samsung skim across all these postings and I believe samsung do the right needful for Alpha or else it will be samsung fate on losing loyal customer(s)
