How about don't spread misinformation? Yeah, it's taking them a long time to release the update for Alpha. We get it. Whatever.

Today makes one year since i bought the galaxy alpha.
The two major things that i do not like are: 720p screen , and small battery. But samsung also doesn't care about updates. Cmon! Galaxy a3 2015 gets marshmallow. Alpha still stuck!!! Best mini phone sammy ever did, but made dissapointment in their logic update policy. God bless you , alpha!

When it will get internet calling.amd mm update. Phone is 4GLTE enable but calls can't be made by Samsung dailer pad and it also support 4G LTE servies bands but y it is not volte..

I get the same problem like everyone else mobile data connection lost or when i call someone there in no service always have to restart my phone but other then that still a great phone!

Till now there is no mm custom roms .. juat 5.02 roms available in sammobile site

1st october 2016 STILL waiting an update. I think is cancelled. 10 mounths since last update. You should ignore samsung and flash a custom rom if you like it

When alpha get mm update
I can't able to make a call from 4G LTE
From Samsung dailer pad if when I want make a call it automatically disconnect from service provide.. it simply show error

Aman, 25 Sep 2016AlphA is high end smartphone like S5 and note4 these both ... moreOk iam with u .. alpha is a nig phone like s5 and note 4 interms of power ... did u see an s5 or note 4 w8th mm update ?? 9h dont see it u will be shocked ..just compare an note with kitkatt and note 4 with mm and u will be definitly know what i meant in my previous comment ..to all people out there .. dont update ur alpha . Stay with ur kitkatt or regretion with be the master of the siuation

Aman, 25 Sep 2016AlphA is high end smartphone like S5 and note4 these both ... moreI have experience from many phone especially the s4 ... wheb 8 have s4 woth 4.4 its worked like a monster .. i was happy with it .. 4 years and my s4 is working like a piece of diamond untill i did my big mistake ..update to lollipop and the phone was functioning like a piece of crap .. trying to upgrade but aint succesfull.. i dont kike custom roms like cyanogenmod or miui or any other Crap roms ..people doesnt know that every update there is narkiting stratigies behind it .. to make phone slower and slower and make people buy newer phones .. i bekieve that every human have experienced that situations will stay forever with stock roms .. dont update .. its not important to me some new minor features .. storage and practicality of the phone is what matters ..

AlphA is high end smartphone like S5 and note4 these both got mm update as well as A series 15 edition but why alpha can't get mm update.these devices have got 3 major update in their time period and alpha got only 2 major updates in 2 years...
I think that I should go for Sony or HTC phone.so bye bye alpha.....

Alpha is powerful phone as compare to other devices but still it is unknown that's y it is not getting update

Mm update available for alpha or not
If they don't to give any update they should give 5.1 lollipop update so that while using 4G sim calls can't be made by Samsung dailer pad so I have use operator application to call another person but It always disconnect.whike using LTE services
