Popoy, 21 Jun 2017Overheat, it has an octacoreJust cause a phone has an octacore processor doesn't mean it will overheat. The problem is the snapdragon processor. They overheat big time. That's why I have a phone with an Exynos processor in it. It rarely gets past 100 degrees even when gaming. My old snapdragon phone would overheat when just using gps. Never again will I buy a snapdragon phone.

I bought it from about 4 months.
Pros: Powerful camera, big storage, very nice speed, nice looking, classic shape
Price: I bought it 367.56 $ with free delivery. It is 64 GB/ 6 GB RAM
Cons: heating problem( solved after update), freeze problem( also it disappeared after automatic update).
Summary
Good deal
Just notice that it is price is still stable from about 6 months till now.

Hi guys, i base in nigeria...i have been using c9pro for few days now but i must confess this phone is dope and classy.no issues about it.it is really serving me well.my camera quality is very okay, battery is okay too...very fast and feels good.i want to ask any naija base here if whether they use 4G on their mtn sim with this c9pro.i cant use my mtn sim to receive 4G in naija here.is anyone facing this kind of issue?whats the solution?.i thought mtn operates 4G network here in naija.any solution?thanks

Kelly, 18 Jun 2017Are you able to use 4G LTE sim card and it works well in Nigeria?I started using my c9 pro 4days ago..i am enjoying every bit of it.my problem i cant access 4gLTE here.i use both airtel and mtn lines.why i cant recieve 4G on my mtn line with my c9pro

Anonymous, 11 Apr 2017I do not see any issue in battery draining and even for cam... moreI bought c9 pro and was used gor 5 days and returned to service centre due to over heating, low battery back up and reciever problems. I got the information from samsung authorities tgat c9pro must have 48 degree and we must use it. I replied them with that no such heating specification is mentioned on the box nor none of the sales persons informed me before pyrchasing. These people only informs once we go to service centre if any complaints arise.
My question is that if 48 degree heating is inherent charecteristic of c9 pro it must be metiobed on the box so that prospective customer can decide themselves to buy it or not.
Also wrong commitments of battery back up are company providing. I am getting battery back up only 8 to 9 hrs by minimal usage like mobile data, minimum browsing n calls. No hotspots, games are connected. Only installed whatsaapp and google handwriting applications. Company specification is 16 hrs in 4g with all functions.
I am going to consumer court as well to high court to give petition to make a general law regarding the heating temperature.

That's they are almost same price but performance wise seen in YouTube C9 pro little better not much. You can check it yourself. But use a branded tempered glass and a bumper case as both front and rear are made out of glass
