I was restarting my mobile ( C9 Pro ) when it got off then it didn't get restarted it remain off and I cant start it advice I don't know whats the problem

I have latest software installed on my c9 pro. AQE1.But in system language selection I can not get rid of Chinese language completely. Anybody can help.And I have given no choice of urdu language selection.

Dis is kinda multimedia thing.. i can say dis is kinda phablet thing.. means in between phone and tablet.. using dis device abt 6 mnths... wt i really like is abt 6 inch amlod screen.. wel gud at RAM managmnt...and i just wish to keep dis device... its utility device.. very useful..i got collection of phones..i feel worth to have dis.. and ya i liked it..
