I agree to what prior 2 comments about Samsung. Even I would opt to better change to some different brand of mobile.

YOUR LAST WORDS ARE VERY TRUE, SAMSUNG MAY HAVE BIG QUANTITIES IN SALES SINCE THEY MAY NOT CARES CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS IN MID RANGE DEVICES.
Im also facing some of this issues but no solution from samsung, my next phone brand mostly will be Nokia or Huawei.

I've recorded some videos and when I tried to watch them (in Galery and Video), the videos failed to play and it repeatedly states "an unknown error has occurred". Does anyone know how to solve this? Tqsm

I am using galaxy C9 pro since first week of April 2017.
The problems that i have encountered are
1. Loudspeaker gets activated during call even if i don't press or touch the loud speaker icon
2. Phone overheard unreasonably,i am scared to hold or use it when its gets too hot
3.The latest and the most annoying problem is that, after I have upgraded its software, it stops in the midlle of every task, either it'd be games or videos or anything and then it shows wallpaper or lockscreen wallpaper without any icons or options and the goes blank. During this process no buttons on the phone works and also the screen stays unoperatable and idle.
If i were to give an opinion about this phone, then i would say it's the worst one i ever had, though the camera is 16 mp, it lacks in clarity and the music app thats preinstalled in it is similar to that of j series. I mean shouldn't there be a difference between phone of different ranges?... this is the last samsung phone i am using, after that i am gonna switch, maybe the samsung got lots of buyers and in this rush,they forgot to make their phones better or maybe is Because they have a good selling of their phones these days.

Hi All,
I have purchased C9 pro before 10 days. My Camera Lens broke automatically and because of which Camera is also affected. Samsung Service centre people are not believing that it can broke automatically. Phone gets heated also. Think before buying this phone.

HEMAL PATHIRANA, 08 May 2017How to elimate/Solve "Screen overlay detected" error in my ... moreany app on top of the screen need to be close or disable,like: messenger chat head, twilight app, gesture app and etc.. after disable or close those apps, the permission for the app can be allowed. it's android 6.0 security feature to prevent app to get sensitive data. android 7.0 has fix this issue. Update to android 7.0 if updates is available for C9 pro.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro mobile is nice and handy mobile. I am using this since Jan.17
Things one may like :-
1- 6'' inches screen (If you are watching movie or playing games it is awesome)
2- 4000mah battery, So that whole day without battery issue you can enjoy.
3- 16MP front camera is the most suitable thing for selfie lovers.
4- Sound quality is somehow ok but not extraordinary .
5- 6GB RAM is extremely pump up speed of mobile.
Things you will not like :-
1- Though Rear Camera is 16MP, but we can't zoom them and quality also not very good.
2- Battery heating issue - Sometimes while using battery gets heated which is irritating.

They even made the s8 home button sign go off and back on from hour to hour just in case of burning in. And you claim there are no burn in issues?

TadZion, 06 May 2017You can root your smartphone and flash it using a new ROM, ... moreI willing to take the risk to flash it,even if it will to destory mine,because of the damn china set,the secure folder,s health are all NOT working and also that's is no stereo sound playing out on loudspeakers from FM Radio,only the bottom speaker works,but no problem on video,gaming and music still can get stereo output from loudspeakers.
But really can't get the stock Rom,some even need to pay for it.
Mine is the c9000 model,rom ver. C9000ZHU1AQA1,can i flash to other model Roms,as long all above work.

There will be chances were you phone might get bricked. If you are Okay with that. pls go ahead. I did mine it works pretty fine. the thing is chances are 50:50
