Of " unauthorized software error " on clicking secure folder and s health when i bought this device in march 17 .. i tried all solution and flashed new firmwares . Then i gave it back to the samsung dealer who also tried his best but prob. Was not solved .. because knox warranty of device was already broken 0×1 by the dealers or sellers .. then i replaced my device paying some more money with new one with knox warranty . 0×0 .. now everything is working perfectly..

Hi, I purchased samsung c9 pro from Dubai. When I came back to india and checked there is no software update option because of that I cant use VoLTE , Samsung secure folder can any body help me to fix this issue.

Worst build quality by samsung. Got matt black version of samsung galaxy c9 pro, started to discolor in dotted form from back pannel. Matt black looks worst now. Regret buying it. Will recommend one plus 3t.

A piece of Junk - made in India Samsun C9Pro.
I bought this phone from Reliance store in Wanowrie Pune. The guy sold me with 100 % assurance this will work without any hiych in the USA.
Unfortunately, the Screen Rotation stopped, I get tons of useless messages from Galaxy. This phone does not offer Voice Message features ( a Big problem for those in the USA).
Overall, I would NEVER recommend this phone for those travelling out side India. I had issues in South Korea too.
So PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SAMSUNG AGENTS in Reliance store in Wanworie, Pune. Absolute CHEATS

After 5 Days use Some cons...
Usb charging cable not connecting properly. Some sound hanging issues while using whats up & other messengers.
Pros... Display, very fast,speaker quality, satisfying camera,2 sim with seperate SD card slot, fast charging 45 Mins.

hi. pls can anyone tell me about the c9 pro's display quality as this is the deciding factor for me. does it have pixelation/cross hatch issues ? and how does the display compare to the likes of mate 8 and mate 9.

I have purchased couple of weeks ago. It was giving speaker & receiver issue. The sound is being disturbed. Fingerprint scanner is not responsive. I have replaced it with new one. The new phone is also giving same problem. The Camera quality is poor as it is 16MP.

I purchased them last 2 weeks. So far, it somehow showing blackout screen, VLC apps is not peforming. Maybe this is not advisable to purchase.
