I can't turn off the notification led tho it is off when i check in the setting again and again.. 😣😣😣😣 i also restart my phone

2 months before i bought this fabulous device . Excellent in use , facing 0 problems. Camera , gaming , calling , battery timing every thing is working perfectly fine.. if anyone want to buy c9. Just go for it ignoring all negative comments by haters ..

I got this mobile last month. After few days got update notification. Since then I trying to update my mobile, but when it reaches 25% it crashes in updating n unable to finish. I want to know when its full update will be launched?

Anyone got this problem,i purchased this c9 imported from China.
I tried to open secure folder and s health,i got this alert message "Secure Folder cannot be set up because unauthorized software was installed on the device."
What is the problem of this china set,what the hell of this unathorised software,i didn't even install any apps,when first started already got this irritating error message.
Can anyone know how to make the secure folder and s health workable,i have already done the factory hard reset,but no avail.
How to i reinstalled the firmware makes both work.
I regretted very much got things from china,sure have problem one.

Is Android 7.x OTA update available for this phone?
It has the decent hardware specifications but it is not with Android Nougat natively.

Hello
I thought to share my new experience using the new Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro.
I have been a Note user, started with Note 2 then Note 3 and 4 and 7 which I returned early this year.
After returning Note 7, I downgraded myself back to Note 4, as I didn't find any interesting product in the market.
Recently here in gsmarena I found that Samsung has a product called C9 Pro, This is a 6 inch phone and the first Samsung phone with 6GB of RAM. it is only launched in India and China. I got one which cost me around £320.
For me, this phone is a good replacement of Note, as it has a large screen and I can use Samsung Note or Microsoft OneNote and draw things with my finger or a stylus. I used to do lots of notes and still can do the same with C9.
I never liked the curved edge sides of Note 7 or S7 or S8 , this phone just has standard edges.
This phone is based on Qualcom snapdragong 653 , comparing to S8 which is based on SnapDragon 835. it has a good performance and everything I need.
I posted this message to say I am very happy having C9 with 6GB of RAM.

Hi All,
I have read some comments,mentioned on this page about SM-C9 Pro.first of all,i want to ask what is the difference between HK/Taiwan or English version.is any difference?why samusng launched it only in a few countries?
is there was a clash between Iphone and samsung because i think samsung copied this model from Apple company and Iphone claimed and complained against samsung?
if there are a lot of problems in this set why people are buying this samsung model.
overall,anybody can tell me that its a great model or not..should buy or not....plz reply with reasons.

This negative camera review is because Samsung has cut corners remove OIS from back camera , then provide a smaller sensor.
Last Week i took an C9 Pro & Clicked with A9 Pro atleast 100 Photos & i found C9 Pro almost 70% time had worst White Balance Issue than A9 Pro , while C9 Pro back camera is tuned towards High ISO , producing more Noise in indoor settings , A9 Pro produced much balanced photos , the comparison was telling & yes A9 Pro produced stable photos thanks to OIS.
