slender, 20 Sep 2013i just sent my question/comment... where do i find the unsw... morehey slender, turn off ur phone then press and hold the power button,volume up and home button at the same time,it will take u to debug mode then select erase data it will erase ur data on ur phone bt it will remove password or take it to ur safe provider but it's the same.

probably one feature that goes un-mentioned is the wi-fi tethering were one can basicaly access the internet on the phone using a laptop or device with wi-fi support. to be honest, i think that is definate killer feature because i can easily access internet on my laptop virtualy anywhere around where my phone is wthout having to plug in cords or extention and i can lock up the wi-fi so only I or people that have my password can access it. this feature also works via blutooth and usb cord. the one thing i would mostly criticise about the phone, im not sure if its mine alone. but it tends to freeze at times, more regularly now than befor and i've had it for a little under six month. i suppose it tires quicker than i had anticipated

i just set the password on my phone and i selected swipe with password, and now if i enter the password i cant go through because i dont know which button to press after entering the password. please help i cant use my phone now because of this

worst phone i really hate it! woks so slow in internet its internal memory is 4gb but in real it got only 2gb n ram size is also 800 something on internet but in real it got only half of wat they mention junk phone i got one but there is one thing gud of diz phone every time i throw diz phone out of frustration it never gets break dats is very gud coz i often do dat when problem comes so often

Also, battery life is terrible - doesn't even last a day.
Can't find software update via phone settings.
Need to restart my phone about 5 times a day on average.
The camera does not have a built in flash - did not realise this when I bought it.
My proximity sensor has stopped working and now everytime I hold the phone to my ear it accesses other functions or cuts the call. Very frustrating.
The Chat On key on the QWERTY keyboard is really annoying.
The emoticons are terrible... what happened to the regular smileys? The bug face thingie doesn't convey the expression u want... like the regular yellow smiley guy!
Really regret getting this phone :(

hello can anyone help me on this one? I have to keep re-starting my phone in order to receive and send calls. Antenna and main board have been replaced as well as a sim swap. phone is brilliant except for that fault. any suggestions?

The battery life lasts about a day, and if you're using internet app and typing in a textbox and want to use symbols/capitol letters, hold down the alt/capital button and press whatever symbol/letter you want at the same time for it to work.
It's a handy phone for both touch and type users, but it is difficult to find a phone cover to fit it.
