After i compared it with my Original Galaxy Core 1, the the screen is such a downgrade,it has a bad viewing angle.
If you trying a get budget phone, better dont buy this.
I recommend you to get the Moto G instead.

No Sencer in this phone. .
So
after connecting of ak call
u can face many of trouble to edit in call and and disconnect a call...
Its a Dule sim phone..
But both r mini sim.
So u need to cut ur sims.
Net
And android system is very bad.
No net speed in this phone.
Company say kitket android in this phone.
Bt this phone's Android is
Very bad n slow. You face also many troubles when u install an android application.

Not a original samsung music player in this mobile.
Music run in Google play.
Music clearity is very bad.
Camera Quality is
Also extremely bad...
SansunG Company say that's a 5 megapixle camera in it.
But camera clearity is such like a 2 mega pixel camera.
Screen clearity is not Good.
And battery backup is same like other SamsunG's phone ...
Out of mind.
Only 5 to 6 hours battery backup when u uSe it normally.
If u use internet or music.. set gonna auto off in 3 hours maximum..
So please friends. .
I bought this phone but you don't. ...
This is vert bad products by samsung..
I think... lg.. xolo.. miCromex.. Sony .. htC and Apple r better then samsung...
They give u the velue of ur money... Samsung not..
And Samsung Sales after service is not Good.
So don't west of ur money please. ...

Then explain the score on windows benchmarks being lower than core2. If you're proclaiming 512 mb ram is fast, then why is the Nokia xl score only 7000+.

I know this..but I forget to mention something. ...
The TFT used in galaxy core2 is TN (Twisted nematic), which is a quite old technology. .
IPS was invented by Hitachi in 1996...In TN TFT,one transistor is used for each pixel, but in IPS display two transistor are used for each pixel. ..TN TFT are generally 18 bit....but IPS panel are 24 bit truecolour

All LCD's used in smartphones are TFT. IPS, MVA, ASV and PLS are types of TFT. ASV(Sharp), PLS(Samsung) looks as good as IPS(Many different manufacturers).
It is true that some LCD panels are inferior but it is not due to TFT vs IPS but could be due to 6-bit or 8-bit color, the manufacturing technology and quality control employed.

AnonD-285539, 26 Aug 2014wat about the gaming performance of dis device especially s... moreSubway surfers, temple run2 are very small game dude..These are 30-40 mb games...we can call core2 a good gaming phone if it can play mortal combat, dead trigger, asphalt 8,call of duty etc etc...my galaxy core having 1 gb ram and adreno gpu suffers while playing these games...so I dont think core2 will be able to play these games as it has only 768 mb ram and a cheap mali gpu

If the following things are not a important factor for you, then u can go for Samsung galaxy core2
1.core 2 does not have snapdragon processor.qualcom Snapdragon is no. 1 processor..core2 uses spreadtrum processor, which is a chinese brand..and it is very new to market.so we cant rely on its durability. I cant understand why Samsung used this cheap spreadtrum processor, even micromax, xolo, lava use Indian branded Mediatek processor, which far better and reliable than spreadtrum
2.core2 has a very less ram (768 mb)..so it will hang if u install more apps..android system will occupy atleast 300 mb..so u will hv only 450 mb free ram...if u hv less free ram, then ur games will not be smooth
3.core2 has a ordinary TFT display, so clarity and viewing angles are average..dont expect clarity like IPS display.while other manufacturers r using IPS display even in 6k phone..it is shame for Samsung that they are still stucked at old TFT technology
4.core2 supports only 480p...so a big no to hd videos
5.core2 doesn't have proximity sensor.so,, when u put your phone on your ear to talk , it doesn't automatically turn off..so there is chance of call disconnect..after calling, the screen will not turn on automatically. .u hv to double tap the screen everytime to turn it on
5.core2 doesn't have light sensor..so u hv to manage the brightness everytime manually
6.samsung doesn't provide os updates to its low midrange phones..so core2 will not get latest android L

This phone is not good for watching movies needs vlc player so it would not play in slow motion battery life is about 20 hrs if internet is used for 30 mins cjarging the battery is worst because it takes almost 3 hrs to fully charge it. Camera is good loudspeaker is good. Browsing is just fine. One good thing about this is that it looks like an iphone and its cheap. Another downside of this is when you make calls screen locks just like galaxy star come on! THIS IS MID RANGE DEVICE! Another thingblue tooth name cant be change.
