... moreSamsung is big brand there is no doubt. But this mobile overpriced. People who said this mobile is good, actually they dont know much about ram, cpu, gpu, proximity sensor, light sensor, frame per second, resolution and gorilla glass protection etc...
I have given this mobile by my friend as a gift. I have been using this mobile last 6 days and not satisfied at all.
It is just like samsung galaxy duos. Only difference is that big screen and latest os kitkat and nothing else.
Samsung company cant make people fool anymore. But still i am a big fan of samsung because samsung mobiles has good resale value.

rakesh, 21 Jul 2014If u Not purchase this phone than very dispointed it bcoz t... moreBecause these people r experts..they can review a phone without using it just by seeing the specifications. ..the hardwares and softwares determine the perfot and quality of a phone....bt u dont know anything...do u know what processor is best, what gpu is best, which display is best, what are light, magnetic, accelometer, proximity sensor in a phone...what they do in a phone...what is architecture of the cpu..it is cortex a5..or a7 or a9...or krait architecture. .what is snapdragon processor..what is mediatek..what is brodcom..what is allwinner. ..what is nvidia tegra..what is adreno..what is mali..what is brocom videocore4...dont know na????? So dont say this phone "a good phone" without having any knowledge. ...I cant bet galaxy core2 is the worst phone that ever samsung had made...its specifications clearly indicate it is a total waste of money...an 3rd clasd ALLWINNER processor (mostly chinese 3rd class brand use this processor), only 768 mb ram, no proximity sensor, no light sensor, bad gpu,, only 4gb ram, no hd video playback (even my old micromax a89 can play hd videos which price was only 6100 rupees)....and price is 11900...!!!!!!!!!! Total waste of money. ..no provision for argument. ..totally totally bad...worst mobile...I hv no language to describe its badness!!!

Gsm arena is not mentioning it...very very cheap processor...we all know snapdragon is a first class processor..mediatek is considered as second class...n I dont know all winner is 3rd class or 4th class processor!!! I had never heard abt allwinner processor before two months. .two months ago I came to know that there is a processor named allwinner,when I was checking the specifications of a very cheap branded mobile..I even cant remember the brand name now.....guyz...dont buy it...allwinner is not durable and reliable...samsung really cheated their customers by selling such cheap hardwares at very high price...they know that 90 % of the indian customers dont abt processor, gpu, cpu etc..they dont know what are them..what the significance of them in a mobile etc etc...they just see the size of the display, sound quality, design, and mega pixel of the camera....thatz why samsung is easily cheating these customers by selling crap phones at a higher price

It does not have light sensor or proximity sensor.
It uses some cheap Allwinner processor, not even Mediatek... sorry Samsung but this is one of the worst phone by you

rakesh, 21 Jul 2014If u Not purchase this phone than very dispointed it bcoz t... moreI think u dont know abt mobile like "u know how to drive a car, but u dont what parts the car has"....galaxy core2 has kitkat os,4.5 inch big display...these are its plus points...but we cant rate a phone good by depending upon only these two factors...there r lots of factors to consider...like cpu, gpu,sensors, ram, meomory etc...u must know that this is not the age of feature phone ..it is the age of smartphones..if u want to review a phone, u must know abt its hardwares and softwares....if u search over the internet for phones which are price around at 11900, u will know that 11900 rupees too high for galaxy core2...it has only 768 mb ram,no hd video playback n recording, no proximity sensor, no light sensor. Only 4 gb memory..very disappointing. .even motorola, micromax, lava, xolo provide 1 gb ram at only rs7000...other manufacturers provide better hardwares and softwares than galaxy core2 at this price...u r saying this "good phone", because u r basic user.u only know to use the mobile for calling, texting,, surfing net, gaming...u dont hv any deep knowledge. ..so shut up ur mouth..and don't write foolish comment here without hving any knowledge

Hi,
It is ok thats all actually it has advanced android thats all, other than that it is like S7582 model only display is slight different from that, but it is not bad, it is worth able for money.

Its a great device.
After using 9 days I had experienced.
5MP cam just good in daylight.
Battery backup is very nice ends up a day with more than average usage.
Doesn't feel any lag till now.
Android 4.4.2 makes it very osum.
Touchwiz is fantastic.
Ram makes me a little disappointed but for casual gaming its Just fine.
Dont get wrong info from reviewers.
GO FOR IT.

Dear i am very disappointed with samsung statergy because it is really shocked because its first one galaxy core is having more feathers than Samsung Galaxy core 2.
This mobiles misses i gb ram compare to previous mobile. Only having 768mb ram. Another thing it has only 4 gb rom but core 1 has 8 gb.
Is it upgraded model or downgraded model?????
This mobile records only 480p@/fps30 .Even cant record hd video @ 720*1080.
Sadly no auto brightness feathues there in the phone.
Battery backup is really not good beacuse i am using it from last two days and very much disappointed with the battery backup.
In 11900 rs i will say it is costly.
Strong points are...
1.. Having latest version kitkat 4.4.2
2.. Having big screen 4.5" compare to previous samsung core that has 4.3"
3.. Leather feel back cover.
4.. A very big brand name SAMSUNG
5.. Sound quality is superb...
WEAK points are..
1... Having very less ram only 768 mb
2.... Does not have auto brightness
3.... Having less storage 4 gb out of 2 gb is uasable.
4...camera cant record even hd 720*1080 video..
5... Bad battery backup. For game and internet user does not have enough juice.
6...front camera is only VGA camera.
7.. Handsfree is not good quality. Same handsfree you can have in samsung star pro that costs 5200 rs.
8.. Very high price according to its features.
Guys its my true reviews after using this mobile for two days.
I am littlebit disappointed with this mobile.
I will say dont hurry to purchase because samsung has to cut its price because of low response of indian customers.
Main reason people have choices nowdays.

Anonymous, 20 Jul 2014One Review of MMX UNite 2 from gsmarena.com rahul dev gh... moreEvery manufacturer behaves like this...no one want to replace the phone...even if u buy a samsung or sony..they will not replace your phone after 7 days...somebody got a damage phone does not mean that everybody will get a damage phone..in my family, we hv two micromax phones, but nobody got a single problem in last 1 year...it also happens to big brands too...I had a nokia 603..and i found its charger pin is damaged on first day of purchase..now I hv a galaxy core duos and I found after 7 days of purchase that its display has a dead pixel.. at first it never appeared as I was using the phone in lowest brightness..but when I oneday increase the brightness, I discovered that it has a white spot on the display..I thought it may be a dust particle under the screen guard.next day I buy a new screen guard. .and tried to remove the spot..but it didnt go away..then I confirmed it is a dead pixel..sometimes the area of a dead pixel increases and damages the whole display..bt my phone is still ok...thank god

Samsung should learn from Apple, Jolla, Xiaomi, Nokia, etc. For the past 12-20 months Jolla has launched just one (1) phone while Xaiomi has launched nine (9). It's not all about launching two(2) phones or same phone with different names in every week but knowing what customers want and serving them better.
