My experience with this phone is if you downloaded few applications, it will always hang.And because of that I would uninstalled other applications.And it's battery so fast to become low.

1. go to settings>Phone>Update software
2. after updating (about 80mb)> remove the battery (very important)
3. put the battery back and you are good.

"Unable to connect, try later"
I have above problems in my glaxy core 2 when i put my sim in my phone.
I can't make a call. Only emergency calls option available.

Please don't buy this phone because it's the worst of samsung galaxy. I will like to give 4 stars out of 10 stars. Sometimes it hangs and after downloading few app it runs out of its memory. But other models of samsung galaxy are good such as on 5 and on 7 and J series is good too. Please buy those phone but not this one and another thing I forgot to mention about horrible battery problem.

sagar, 05 Oct 2015Battery problem 100%.to 95% down 1 secBasically core 2 is agood mobile,but there are some drawbacks:
*it does not even have a proximity sensor(so there is a problem in attenting calls, a lock appears thus it takes some time)
*eventhough the batterys capacity is 2000 mah(percentage reduces even for simple use)
*eventhough its size is big but it does not contains neccacity features.
So think about it,better choice is not this,so kindly buy another .thats it.

Dude this is an awesome phone. I lived it. The only thing was the storage though it wasn't a problem But i lost it. It was an awesome phone

sk, 09 Nov 2015when i charge my phone the battery keep decreas.what is the... moresk, i think the problem is you, or your power source, i just dont see the logic on why a phone or any electric appliance having decreased power while charging - you are charge it to have power and not to remove power, so i think you are doing something wrong, and nothing to do with the phone.

rim, 17 Nov 2015i have the same one and it is not good it always stuck and ... morerim, i really would recommend for you to get a new camera, i dont think your problem is with the phone, cause its the simpliest camera set up, just point and click, not sure what you mean by get stuck? on what? get black? what do you mean?

I want lollipop version for Sams... moresaklen, if you want lollipop then get a higher android phone, i dont think core 2 can handle it. you can try to go to mydevice and update - if it says device is running on updated version, then thats all you can get, upgrade to a galaxy model, at least galaxy s5.

Lola, 17 Nov 2015how you put internet on this phone... not the wiffi... th... moreLola, to put internet on this phone, you simply have to purchase a data plan, you can buy it within a predetermined package plan, or you can buy a separate data plan, all up to how much you can afford and how much data you need, but i would say 2GB of data per month is okay, if you only surf the net and dont download much or watch lots of movies or youtube videos.but you can purchase as much as you like, not about the phone - this phone can handle 3G connection, i know this for sure, i got one.

i have the same one and it is not good it always stuck and i cant take photos my camera always became black and tell me that camera error or camerna not working did someone know how to fix it help!!!!

This phone is great cheaper and it have every thing which i want so no problem.
