my phone is turning its self off for no reason, battery fully charged so it cant be the issue. did a softwear upgrade and its still doing the same thing. can any1 advice me on how to fix this problem

Siva, 12 Jan 2015how is it samsung galaxy core ii please ur opinion friends...Dear friend i bought this mobile in dec 2014 but on the very first day i found that its ear piece sound was not up to the mark so with in 7 days samsung promise i exchanged core 2 with core prime and now i am very happy with core prime with 1 GB Ram and 8 GB internal memory.

I have also faced the problem of restart in the starting but after software upgrading it's working fine. So kindly keep your phone and u will not face the problem of restarting.

I bought it last Dec.29,2014. And it keep on restarting. It didnt fall nor overused. What should I do? PLEASE HELP. 😭

My sim 1 work in 3g mode (Vodafone) and sim2 (Tata docomo) is able to attend incoming calls. I recommend u interchange your sim's slot and its default settings and restart yr core2.

Hai i am using airtel on sim1 and vodafone on sim 2. Sim 1 on gprs 2g on that time my incoming call on sim2 is not reveived, kindly confirm me any one facing such problem with core 2 or core prime. As core is supporting fine in above case
