My phone's camera started misbehaving a couple of time before but temporal and now it has gone permanent. When I take a pic, numerous lines appear on the image.please I could really use some help

I've had this phone for almost a year and I've had the same freezing and hanging problems as everyone else. Don't know what you've got on yours, but if you've got Facebook, delete it. I uninstalled Facebook last night and my phone is running properly now. For whatever reason this phone hates Facebook and it just may be your problem too. The battery life sucks, the phone heats up, but this thing has survived being thrown against a wall (a few times) and dropped in a freaking bathtub.

My and My Wife's Samsung Core-prime will not stay or automatically log-into our blue-tooth system in our Ford Flex auto. I have to connect and re-sync each time I enter the car.
I have a Samsung Galaxy SII and it works properly. Is this something wrong with the Core's operating system?

I purchased in July, it locked up, took it to place of purchase, red light is still on, is this a problem? Is it one of phones that will catch fire? It is our only phone, I can't be without as we are both elderly, give me some info back please. Thanks hoping for a reply.
