I would like to start with an 8-star review because it works really well facebook and Pokemon go works really well I really like this phone the camera is good and the battery last a long tome this phone is da best phone in the world

I hate this phone purchased it from MetroPCS. It's a piece of crap. Can't use facebook, calls drop. When able to make a call the person I'm taking with can't understand me. I been back to MetroPCS 3 times just to be told nothing is wrong with the phone. I've called MetroPCS 2 time just to have a tech walk me through steps to resolve my issues. That didn't work. The only two reasons I got this phone is because I thought Samsung made good products and the MetroPCS salesperson recommended it. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP. I'm going to cut my loss and try LG.

I literally only bought this phone because I was told it could run pokemon go, now this phones saying its not compatible with pokemon go. Biggest slap in the face ever. I immediately hate this phone.

Barely worth the measly $80 I paid for it. My G1 way back when ran better than this phone. Seriously unless your really hurting for a phone don't buy this. I kinda expected more from a Samsung product.

Had this phone for a year, the quality is shitier than the one I had before (Galaxy Y Young -lasted for 3 years) After just 6 months of purchase I accidentally dropped my phone around 1 feet high and since then I've had to factory reset twice, loosing all my temporary stuff (luckily I have a habit to backup every month), my SD Card port/driver stopped working, so I'm using just the internal memory....and it overheats like crazy.
When the seller had sent it to Samsung which was still under waranty they blamed me for the damage which to be fair its true BUT I don't expect all this for a 1 foot fall. My other phones survived way worse.
Tl;dr this phone is crap don't bug it invest in something with more quality

1 1/2 yrs later the phone is freezing up. I can't make calls. For over 100 dollars why is it that phones bearly hold 2 yrs. Really that isn't very old for electronics. I started having problems after 8 months and it has steadily gotten worse.

Doing this may lock up or cause your phone to hang. Worst case scenario you will have to take the battery out and put it back in. Power up phone. Run the app and clean again. The RAM in this phone needs to be tempered it seems before it will run optimally. once this is done a few times the "lag" issue is resolved.

Have 3 of these phones, all of them facebook fails. Removed and reinstalled, even did factory data reset. I do not have an sd card installed, I was going to try to add one to see if that helps.

I was on the phone with Samsung for 3 hours they remoted in and did a factory reset... the people trying to help were ery nice but... it did not work...looks like they unloaded a boat load of cheap phones that they have no support or fix for after the latest Software updates... Which I am goign to the Better Business bureau about... I just got this phone 8 months ago and I haven't even had it for a year and its worthless when wanting to run most simple apps. like Facebook... which should be on the phone already in my opinion. I am Steamed... RIP OFF ARTISTS
