My wife has this damn Phone i'd love to run it over but i'm trying to fix the issue, took it to a store yep thought so nothng they can do for me go figure try to contact Metro PCS sorry no one home sent email to samsung about the phone so what you think they said mmmm sorry about that but it's not our issue!!!yeah got to break down and get a new one for my wife yep!! Actell all the way!!

Acko, 30 Jul 2016I have same probs with core prime I'll never go Samsung again Have had the note 2 and upgraded to note 4 friend of mine has jad a note3 and then uograded to note 5 we both love our note phones dont judge samsungs cheap phone when the notes phones and galaxy phones are great

i had this phone, worst phone i have ever had. problems from day one with touch screen issues to how fast it processes applications. i would not recommend buying this phone. made of cheap plastic. just not worth a cent

my phone froze like i want to say about three months after i got it sent it to texas and they supposedly fix it and they never did i got scrude on my phone no i dont like these phones
they got my my money and just said its you thanks samsung and metro ill never use these companies again........

I have a note 5 and it's better than anything out there in my opinion. you just happen to have a low end samsung. they retail 150 so yeah. get what you pay for. if you decide to switch to another brand and get their cheapest device, you'll have the same problems. just saying.

I'm an owner of a white core prime, I haven't had this phone for a year yet but it acts up a lot! I barely download things and it slows down and glitches. It can't run most apps without crashing. I went in and got the phone reset, but even then it acted up. If you're planning on getting this phone, don't.. It's not so good, there are other phones way better. I'm gonna replace this phone tomorrow, I don't know how i feel about Samsung anymore... I'm going back to LG

Owner of white core prime and I have come to know it is THE MOST indestructible phone you could find, ANYWHERE. I have dropped it countless times from high up and thought it was going to be broken but no. Also not that long ago I accidentally dropped it in my full bathtub. I would have thought the entire phone would have broke but no. Only slightly noticeable fuzzy sound. INDESTRUCTIBLE.
