My Samsung Galaxy F41 have an issue of automatic switch off and on issue... one time it was off for 2 days continuously. I had done factory reset also... Even after that same issue...samsung customer care don't know what to do.. they said to go service center.. If I ask charges also they didn't say anything... When I enquire with near by mobile shop.. he said issue with motherboard problem and it cost 2500 just to check.. It may not work also after repair done , he told... so pathetic Samsung Mobile... Next time I don't choose samsung mobile

Anonymous, 29 May 2023Its processor problem Don't you guys restart the phone, clear cache etc. within interval of 1 week or so?
Although those are not necessary but if soneone faces those problem they can try those.
If still problem exist and effecting your daily usage then need to get a new one with high specs, simple.
I'm not facing any such problems so will stick with this one till 2025, if it survives that long.

The phone was released only in October, 2020. I used it without any problem for only 2 years. After that it starts troubling me by switching off automatically and stay on its logo for long.

Asking cause i'm using since october 2020 and spent around 31 months with this device without any problem.
Only saw a problem of battery degradation.
Charges till 97% normally and suddenly shows 100% charged.

Das, 17 Aug 2022Same issue in my mobile also Samsung F41Yes, The mobile Switching off and stay on its logo for long. It restarts Sometimes after 24 hrs or so.. Its troubling me a lot. Service Engr. suggest the Motherboard is faulty and it should be changed by paying Rs.7500/-. It is not a wise idea, as per my view.
