Anonymous, 29 May 2023Its processor problem Don't you guys restart the phone, clear cache etc. within interval of 1 week or so?
Although those are not necessary but if soneone faces those problem they can try those.
If still problem exist and effecting your daily usage then need to get a new one with high specs, simple.
I'm not facing any such problems so will stick with this one till 2025, if it survives that long.

The phone was released only in October, 2020. I used it without any problem for only 2 years. After that it starts troubling me by switching off automatically and stay on its logo for long.

Asking cause i'm using since october 2020 and spent around 31 months with this device without any problem.
Only saw a problem of battery degradation.
Charges till 97% normally and suddenly shows 100% charged.

Das, 17 Aug 2022Same issue in my mobile also Samsung F41Yes, The mobile Switching off and stay on its logo for long. It restarts Sometimes after 24 hrs or so.. Its troubling me a lot. Service Engr. suggest the Motherboard is faulty and it should be changed by paying Rs.7500/-. It is not a wise idea, as per my view.

Many have facing this issue. The authorized repair Engr. is saying the mother-board is faulty and has to be replaced. Samsung has to recall all the devises of this model and repair or replace, as it is not the fault of customers.

The phone gets stuck and then restarts, looping around the boot screen. It then surpasses the boot screen and the loop continues. This issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and I am extremely disappointed with the performance of my phone. I've been using this device for the past 2 years and for the past 6 months I've been facing this issue and recently it got worse.
I went to a nearby Samsung service center and they told me that the motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced and the cost will be ₹7500/-
Now I bought this phone for ₹15,499/- and spending ₹7,500/- feels like a waste of money. Also, I'm surprised how a brand like Samsung can manufacture a product which only lasts for 2 years or less. The flagship series doesn't have these kinds of issues then why do mid range phones always have such kinds of issues? It's really frustrating to be honest. Also, if Samsung wants to just focus on the flagship series and provide better hardware for those devices then why does the company even launch mid range devices when the company is only relying on the high end series. What difference is there, with terms of business, between Samsung and Apple?

Just completed a full web series of netflix on f41.
Got about 21 hour video playback time on single charge from 100% - 1%.
I am using this device since october 2020.
The battery life degraded a bit like it charges till 97% normally, then jumps to 100% and shows fully charged.
Used 30 months since bought and still works well.
Not bad at least for me.
Will try to use this device till 2025 as i try to use a phone for at least 3 to 5 year and within that time if repair required i also do that but allocate maximum 25% cost of the buy price to repair it.
I bought it with 13,249 INR.
More than 25% cost to repair, i ditch it and buy a new than repairing it.

This phone is a normal phone & works well with all the apps a casual user need daily.
For smooth performance user will need to buy phone with top processor & will also need to spend high amount in some cases.
For gaming performance people should avoid samsung & mainly exynos processors.
Different phones are designed for different type of users.
Nowadays researching is way easier to buy anything.
Almost every electronics i purchssed online are based on those research & after buying i don't complain.
Complaining after buying is just time pass.
Just do the research first & then buy.
