skype work in this mobile u have to.download manually from website skype.apk and put it inside ur mobile and use file manager to locate file and install . gl . it works on mine ;)

It's an awesome phone with almost having all the spec's of Ace. People having mid range budgets are facing problem coz there is no phone M.range phone available in market. Every1 suggests optimus 1 & GALAXY ACE.Well now I think they got 1 mo choice..

divya, 05 Jun 2011thank u but wat about swype mean? wat is swype text input? Swype is an input method for text where instead of tapping each letter, you move your finger along the letters of the word. A line will be drawn following your finger.

Optimus one is better in:
RAM, video capturing and battery.
Gio is better in:
Screen clarity (16 m colors), processor and UI.
As user of Optimus one, it lags alot and is a bad mobile.

I have to ask, is this phone has non qwerty normal keypad for messsaging. I feel some uneazy on qwerty virtual key for messaging??????????????
