k, 12 Mar 2015Do a factory reset,check your sims,are they fine.There is an option in the data settings "recieve calls via other sim card while using data service", it may be unchecked, check it and you'll be done

very nice phone. i am enjoying using this phone. i am using galaxy grand 2 since December 2014 not a single fault or complaint. i am fully satisfied with it. its an awesome phone.. USB connectivity is very gud...screen(lock n home) is very nice...sound everything... android...everything is awesome... i personally recommend this...

We have purchase samsung galaxy Grant 2 ,five day before,i am facing problem,when we have insert Data sim Idea, in slot 1 and calling sim Airtel,in other slot when Data sim running thattime my Airtel SiM Busy showing for some other person calling me, kindly suggest what we do.

Samsung why u r no giving lolipop update to grand 2 . At least grand 2 has specification equal to moto g2 with .5 gbmore ram than why u r not giving updateto grand 2. Samsung u really sucks get out of India AND EVERY STOP BUYING THE SAMSUNG PHONES .GO FOR MOTOROLA.

I have been using Grand 2 for over 7 mnonths and besides nice screen and camera, the phone is just too slow and lazy for simple task jobs. Sometimes while charging it turns off and reset itself cutting off the phone call I had in such moment. Before this device, I had Galaxy S2 and it was more quicker and better-operative than Grand 2. At this moment I am thinking of changing phone to possible LG G3 or the NOTE 4 from samsung. NO MORE GRAND 2 PLEASE !!!!!!

Samsung galaxy grand 2 is very best mobile and battery backup is very superb

does anyone have any idea why my grand 2 mobile gets switch off automatically?
and also when got switched off it takes time to get on.1st time when happened got it upgraded but didnt work. 2nd time given worked good for 4-5days then again same problem.Now its with me only as dont know what to do?
please suggestions required...
