does anyone have any idea why my grand 2 mobile gets switch off automatically?
and also when got switched off it takes time to get on.1st time when happened got it upgraded but didnt work. 2nd time given worked good for 4-5days then again same problem.Now its with me only as dont know what to do?
please suggestions required...

Hi I like the phone a lot but I have a problem. I Been playing fifa 15 on it but the game is running slow please can u tell me why? And what can I do to solve that problem? Fifa 15 is my best game please. Thanks

I love this phone getting some lagg issues with this but i do manage it download some ram cleaning apps and battery savers to help this phone i use it for gaming multimedia etc. its been a year since i have this phone and it satisfies me except when i watch internet videos sometimes it hangs or green screen appears a hard reset it or just wait i still think giving this phone 9/10 its a matter on how you use your device or handle it i take care my device like a little baby thats why my grand 2 still runs top notch even its a yeat old

Very nice phone good disply, good camera and nice video recording powerful battery no heating problems during usage very convenient keys,Samsung designed this phone considering customer as a king very thankful for giving a nice phone like this.I am using this phone for a period more than 8 months I am satisfied.

Hi all, I bought grand 2 about 8 month ago and here is what I noticed. Camera is okay..not very good but not bad either..taking videos is much better since it has full HD recording. Display is good. Ur getting 5.25 inches which is superb for gaming and video viewings. Touch is smooth. 1.5gb ram supports well but at times u can notice lagging for some micro secs, but which phones doesnt ?..eventually all the phones start lagging. Internal 2 gb seems to be enough, u always can shift ur data. Battery is not that good..but I play games a lot that too using internet that eats the battery more speedily. If u are a heavy gamer then u would need to charge twice a day..otherwise once is also enough. Price is a little too much but compare with other phones of same segment, you will see why it is. Display quality is way better then other phones. hope this would help. Reply if u have any confusions.

I hav to agree wid d fact dat its camera quality is amazin but battery life is crap aswell as the storage capacity wen i frst got d phn after 2 -3 days it started to black out and would restart again it cant hold up more dan 1000 pics which suks! I am sellin it off now

mostly all the phones are hanging of samsung company grand2 is one of them but now i hate this company because company is not immpartial and way of dealing of this company is not good at all..........

shaghul, 04 Mar 2015I have buy a grand 2 mobile in january but in feb i have tr... moreThis is actually due to heavy apps loaded pls go to settings general application manager and then swipe towards ur right go to all and scroll down to camera click on that and clear the cashe file and clear the data and force stop the app...at once restart ur phone and open it imidiately....to avoid it permanent install cm security nd clean the junk files as when u see it....

samsung really need to improve software updates speed...it is too behind then other brands.
