I have al ready upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4.2
but having much issues for my GPS and my smart stay.
my GPS cannot detect the satelite and very poor signal, so i couldnt use my GPS. and smart stay fiture did'nt work anymore.
i already ask samsung about this, they didn'nt have an upgrade OS 4.4.4 and they recomended to downgrade again to 4.3
is there any solution withouth root system?? thanks

Anonymous, 19 Feb 2015My grand 2 is running on android 4.3...and it doesn't shows... moreme also face the same problem, go to samsung customer care, they will upgrade ur phone to kitkat

Also samsung has service centres all over india but that's not the case with motorola... Its still working on the centres...

hi am using a dual sim grand 2 phone,internet is working only for sim 1,not for sim 2, and also phone is getting heat.. is there any app to download..??

Chandru, 20 Feb 2015Crap phone. Most of the times it gets disconnects with the ... moreMe 2 facing same prob. Changed frm vodafone to airtel...but still same. Hangs oftenly. Battery drains a lot. I had bought it on jan2014 for 23k. Now repenting a lot.

we are not getting 5.0 android l update while moto g 2nd gen is auto updated already ....i dn"t understand why samsung asks for 18k with just kitkat and moto 12k with gorrila glass 3 and android l......

Crap phone. Most of the times it gets disconnects with the network when it is most needed to call someone. I visited service centre twice and they claimed to have rectified the issue but still the issue is occurring. Guys don't buy this phone .Completely annoyed with the performance of this Grand 2 model

Its a very good phone having xellent features battrey is nt soo good multiwindow is nyc when the s veiw flipcover opens the screen automatically opens im njoying this fone 😊
