Updated My Grand 2 to KITKAT 4.4.2 Via OTA Update and No problem at all, phone is smoother and gaming performance has also increased. I wanna tell u guys there is no restarting and hanging problem after OTA Update. Everything is fine with my unit after updating to KITKAT 4.4.2!!!
*I also want to tell u guys that I didn't do factory reset before and after updating to KITKAT!!!

I purchased grand 2 before 24 days, and from last 3 days my device was automatically switch off and switch on and it's kit kat version 4.4.2 nw why I can do? For solve this problem?

Mobile is restart automatically thats a main problem.
mobile over wait. Not possible to single hand operate

grand 2 is a branded phone.. god screen , and battery life... no lagging or restarting.. i do not know why people do bad comments with such a good phone.. i am waiting for kitkat to my grand 2 LTE.. buy this and feel the difference . thanks

If any problem in grand 2 the... moreIt doesn't matter if we update it over wifi... even mobile data speeds fluctuate... it only downloads the update package it is fast or slow or the speeds are fluctuating nothing matters it... its not possible to everytime reset the whole phone... each and every thing cannot be backed up and if it was mandatory to reset the phone than it would have been listed to do that... through the reset everything is washed away... if you frequently reset your mobile it will always be smooth.... just dont do any factory reset for about 4 months and u'll come to know what actually grand 2 is.... we're nt fools here complaining about the poor battery backup or lagginess of the phone... just dont reset your phone for 3-4 months and see the results....

I'm sorry I'm not very fa... moreGo to your nearest samsung care centre, tell them the problem and ask them to do a factory reset of the phone... they will reinstall the whole software... you cant do that at home... if your mobile is under warranty it will be done for free... but backup your data before submitting your phone...!!

Definitely they will help u how u can flash and update kitkat via kies application.. .. In kies there is option to download version and install again or recovery but for that some code required and that u can get from customer service.... or might they giv u other ways.... but I think they will solve ur problem

I just want my phone to be okay again. I factory reset my phone via recovery mode, it says completed then error. When my phone opened, the reset worked. I don't know why it says error, but when I opened it, it's like new phone again. Even when wiping cache partition, error displays after. It's annoying.

Waste of money phone gets rebooted automatically twice given for repair and even after new motherboard has the same problem

dont get angry about this massage guys bont buy grand 2.if you guys need a good quality power full phone you guys may buy note 2 man it is a best phone you have ever got.it has eye traking man it is very cool man.you have to try this.good luck.

U just go to customer service and tell them to update kismat again... they will giv u fresh kismat update after deep factory reset.. . So ur problem will get solve

Its camer is good but hang 2 to 4 time daily thats sucks nd sometime networks issues too. Dont buy . Go with moto g 2nd gen
