Regarding service except apple no one is better in service even samsung is not good at it.
Regarding camera samsung high end devices are better but not the low and middle range one.
Regarding multi view-how many people really used it is a question because annoying white notch always visible on left side of the screen which diverts attention off the screen.
And whether it is wise to spend thousands of rupees just for this one feature by comprising on other factors.

SAR value limit
in India is set at 1.60 W/kg in 1g tissue mass.
Sony, htc, nokia, xiomi, lg, Motorola every manufacturer produces mobile with sar value less than 1.6w/kg.
Every mobile has different sar value.You lied about sar values

You said "s3, s4,note series have sar value between 0.1-0.2."
But in actual note1-0.73
Note2-0.17,
Note3-0.29.
S3-0.21, s4-0.28, s5-0.58.
Also you said sony, lg xiomi have sar between 0.8-0.9.
How many them have really.
Your lying just to defend samsung as if your 50% partner of samsung. In reality stakeholders of samsung will not lie to defend samsung. Really you are hard core samsung fan boy misguiding people.
Typical orthodox mentality I am using samsung so it is best others using other brand so that is bad.
And by the below 1.6 w/kg sar value even if it is 1.5/kg you use the mobile for your whole it will not harm you.
Everything below 1.6w/kg is harmless whether it is 1.5 or 0.1.You don't seem technical sound.I have done my study well but I think you don't have.

Aviv why are you assuming there is no android L for grand 2 , Samsung has not released anything as yet , and grand 2 has faster processor and similar and bit better graphics than note 2 , s3 , there have been hanging problems with s3 because of s3 ram , though I should have purchased note 2 over grand 2 because of other benefits including better oled screen but then note 2 was 6 k more at time of my purchase it is now that note3 neo has come down by 7k - 8k, and oled screen have one big issue ( that's the reason I though otherwise and they are not official declared the best ) that is they display untrue tone , I.e. dull photos and videos with noticeable bluish tone whereas the ips led backlit type producers sharper and accurate photos , movies of vibrant background ( see lg nexus 5 vs Samsung s5 display comparison on google ) , were nexus 5 display is a thumps up.

Aviv - your comment regarding lg gro 2 is not required as it is know it is in different price bracket then Samsung galaxy grand 2 , the biggest drawback of lg phones is poor service , then Samsung , and most of all lg g pro 2 is rarely seen or available at very few showrooms ( I wanted to go for this model when grand 2 was 21 and I had funds for pro 2 , but could not see in any of the dozen showrooms I checked ) , it can be counted at 1 lg pro 2 = 10 grand 2 , flipkart and online sites will help , again lg g pro 2 is 27 k and lg g pro 3 is 30k , so better talk of pro 3 if you have close to 30 k budget , and mind you you are already in galaxy s4 territory with superior display though small , and superior camera processing barring night time photos , and similar processor , with regular software update from Samsung ( lg is notorious on software update ).

And regarding fanboys , hate boy comments , I do agree there could be Samsung supporters here , but many of them are not fan boys any of my previous comments have constantly questioned Samsung updates , and people purchase sam for its service , name , software facilities like multi window , saturated cameras as they give pleasing photos , removable batteries which has been Samsung forte and many more. Again Samsung in no.1 when it comes to mobile telephony and there handsets have the lowest S.A.R. Rating in the industry - grand 2 has 0.44-0.55 s.a.r. , s3 , s4 , note series have between 0.1-0.2. Even Sony high end handsets have around 0.8 - 0.9 s.a.r. , see Xperia z1 And even LG , xiaomi , Motorola same story , as reducing S.A.R. Involves good amount of money sometimes it even effects the mobile costs. Lg g3 has signal reception problems , Samsung rarely ever we here of such issues .

Egy-user, 14 Sep 2014Which is better to buy galaxy S3 or Grand 2?S3 is much better than grand 2. Once was samsung's flagship mobile.Their flagship mobiles are better equipped with powerful hardware.They sports super amoled displays which are considered one of the best displays in the market.
Screen is 4.8 inch but its quality is great. Grand2 is less powerful though having 1.5gb ram over 1gb of s3's.
Grand2' s screen is no match for s3 super amoled screen even not for other better lcd displays.
If u have a doubt, go to the shop compare their displays and performance head to head.
Dont fall for marketing gimmicks and dont listen to salesman, most of the time they try to persuade people to buy product on which their shop earns more commission or profit.
You will find some good features like s voice, air command, s note available for flagship handsets only (s1, s2, s3, s4, s5, note1, note2, note3 etc) and not for non flagship mobiles like sduos, grand , core , neo, , quattro etc.
Most important thing you will find samsung gives atleast 2 android updates for its flagship handsets while no update for most of the non flagship and in rearcases only 1(grand1, , grand2)update.Grand 2 got only one kitkat update and it is its last update there wont be android lolipop l update for it, otherwise people will not buy their new mobiles.
This is samsung's strategy. Use your brain and save your or your parents hard earned money.

Lg g pro sports 5.5 1080p full hd ips plus display with 401 ppi density. It's having snapdragon s 600 chipset with 1.5 ghz krait 300 cpu and 320 gpu with 2gb ram. In few operations you will get 1.5 to 2 times better performance.
Do one thing go to any digital mall where these mobiles are kept on display. Play same photos and videos on both the devices. If these devices don't have same photos or videos sent it to them from your mobile through bluetooth.Salesman won't mind.
Now play the pictures and videos.the difference will be infront of you.You will find pictures on lg g pro are more sharp, more vibrant and blacks are close to pure black while grand 2 will show less sharp, less vibrant pictures with blacks looks almost grey.This is due to contrast ratio. Most of sets from lg are expensive due to their better displays.
Samsung uses displays with low contrast ratio, less resolution which are cheaper in cost.I haven't seen any Samsung lcd display having contrast ratio more than 1000.

If some fan boys can't digest the truth please don't comment over here.
I think they are frustrated.
Despite giving true comparison of moto g vs grang 2 , they dont want to admit that moto gives better features at less price.
Fools never compare anything they just get influenced by advertisement and cry after buying. Clevers always do analysis and comparison before buying and buy the best. I am just putting the things which are based on truth. I am not brand ambassador of any mobile company nor advertising for any company.I am just guiding to those people who don't want to waste their hard earned money.just helping people to get value for their money.
If some people think grand 2 is better value for money than moto g and xiomee then don't talk rubbish just give valid reasons and proove how ur grand2 is better.

The new update is best kitkat update so far , though a lot remains to be done .

The screen goes blue or the system hangs once in 2-3 days reduced from once every day.

Signal reception , and call quality improved , it is now between worst call quality of kitkat and best call reception of android 4.3

System seems a bit more stable now , the last update was real bad as it would randomly hang anytime of day atleast once , sometimes twice in a day , this has improved as mentioned above.

Things remaining to improve -

HDR mode for photos does not work during daytime sunlight ( washed out photos )

CPU cap does not work in Power Saver mode

Still need to Improve signal reception to android 4.3 levels.

Battery draining very fast , lasts only 6 -7 hours on 3G signal ( even when not connected to net )

Samsung Mobile, Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 SM-G7102, & Samsung Mobile India Guys take my advice. You should stop production of #SamsungGalaxyGrand2.
This phone comes with awesome problem of AUTO RESTART. I have been visiting to customer care center for consecutive 2 weeks but the problem of auto restart is not ending. Those customer care guys are keeping my phone with them for few minutes saying they are updating some software. I don't know what software they are updating? Just wasting my time as well as of theirs.
Please tell me the way out. I took this phone Samsung GRAND 2 3 months back & its troubling me like hell.

A new update has come for grand2,,,after done this update my phone is now more awesome..heating problem is less,before done the update while charging after some time heat is high and phone charging disabled auto...after done this update i was done the played game while charging my battery,,,performance is now more awesome...i'm happy with this phone
